  They never answer their phone or emails. They will take your complaint and say they will call you back but they won’t. They will lose your paperwork, preventing you from entering greener homes rebate, and you’re interest-free loan no longer interest free. Due to their negligence, I was paying $183 interest on a $200 a month loan.Unless you want your windows to look like mine, and have them accuse you of causing the damage by slamming them down, Then I strongly suggest you look somewhere else. I will be pursuing this matter to court. I have had multiple people contact me to tell me that There is no way that damage would’ve been caused by slamming the window down or having something heavy on ledge as they claim. These windows are brand new. There’s no need to slam them and I can assure you this is just their way of trying to dodged their poor workmanship. Even tried saying because I changed the screen to a cat screen that could also be an issue. I have had three other contractors come in and confirm that this is negligence on the companies end and I will be pursuing in court. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company what I have experienced has been nothing but pain and suffering.

  I used this company a few months ago and I will never use them again. Part of the contact for the work was that I would receive a substantial rebate from the manufacturer once the work was done. After months of calls and emails asking about the rebate, they finally sent me half of the money I was owed. It took multiple more weeks plus writing this review to get them to send the rest of the money. It's a shame because the actual workers were very professional.

  make sure what the sales rep & you agree on to what you are getting, you get it in writing. If you don't you will be disappointed. quote was higher then other quotes but I thought more was being done to make it worth while.

  My eavestroughs were overflowing every time it rained, causing water damage around my foundation. They came highly recommended by a neighbor, and I'm so glad I called them. They replaced the old, clogged eavestroughs with a larger system that handles the downpour perfectly. Highly recommend!

  Custom Contracting Roofing & Eavestrough Repair was a lifesaver! We noticed a leak in our roof after a bad storm, and they were incredibly responsive when we called. They sent someone out to assess the damage quickly, and the crew arrived the next day to fix the leak. They were professional, efficient, and explained everything they were doing clearly. We haven't had any issues since, and we're so grateful for their fast and reliable service!

  We were pleased with the quality of the work and the final results of the project. Improved communication and follow-up from the office regarding scheduling would have made this a 5-star review. We had a comparatively small project that required extra care and attention, and Custom Contracting delivered. We felt our Project Manager, Jason, went above our expectations in ensuring excellent work and meeting the deadline provided. We will use Custom Contracting for our future needs.

  Mark who explained everything to us, was excellent. He was informative, and sincere. He even addressed my concerns when i called him. On the other hand, as the workers continued to not arrive on each promised day, I was met with some impatience and disregard when emailing or talking with Management. The workers were polite and seemed to do their job well. I would've appreciated a walk around and bit of explanation at end of job. Cleanup is only fair. There were still wet gobs of leaves and dirt in my plants, etc . I am still finding dirt and long nails etc on my deck and yard. One of the workers did clean up but i think they need to look a little closer as they do so. Just recently, i had to ask for clarity on monthly payment which did not show my down payment. Just today after i called Mark, did i receive a payment receipt for that. It was Over a month ago that i made this payment. I felt there should be a follow up from Management after job completed but this never happened. This was very expensive as i also had gutter protection installed. I guess all is well but i can't climb on roof to confirm. Last big rains, all seemed good. This is why i gave 3 stars. Pros and cons.

  I got new eavestroughs with gutters installed with Custom Contracting this week. Right from the beginning my experience with this company has been nothing but wonderful. From my first meeting with Austin to discuss the work needing done to the estimate - to Jason fully explaining to me the process and what to expect with the work being done. Jason was always very responsive if and when I had questions. The workers that did the installation were also amazing. They explained to me what is being done and what to expect while they were there. When I had a concern, they made sure to make it that it wasn’t a concern anymore, even if it wasn’t was discussed prior 😀. All in all everyone was so wonderful, kind and thorough. This company wanted to make me happy with my decision of going with them, and truly they went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend and will recommend to family and friends always.   A Friendly PSA when considering getting new siding, roofing or attic insulation: check for government and utility company rebates. Understand the minimum requirements to qualify, and get it in writing on your estimate and final invoices. We are happy with the new siding, eaves and roof that we received from Custom Contracting. Jay and Matt were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. We were glad to have them work on our home and would recommend CC to anybody who is considering renovations.

  DISGUSTING service. Had an appt booked for 2pm guy never showed. Even had confirmation email for time and date. They didn't even call to say they would be late. Guy just never showed up. Guess its ok for people to sit around for 3 hours …
