  EXCELLENT work and customer service throughout! The workers did an amazing job with cleanup, and the roof looks fantastic. The owner, James, was very quick to respond to my calls, and worked with us throughout the process. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Will definitely use their services again when needed.

  We had a storm damage our roof. Twin Bridge sent out someone to inspect the damage and give us an estimate for repairs. In the meantime they had a worker place a tarp over the damaged area. I found them to be cordial and trustworthy.

  I had Twin Bridge install siding on my house in the summer of 2024. I got estimates from a few highly rated siding contractors. The estimate process with the two others was not only significantly higher but also high pressure sales tactics. e.g. one of them tried to pit my wife against me to get me to accept a high price on the spot. The estimate process with James and Twin Bridge was painless. He had software to show us different color options for the house, helped us consider important things like which side of the house will get sun and appear lighter, etc. James' estimate came in the lowest, but more importantly we went with James because he seemed to be a good guy running a good business. The install was smooth. The crew was courteous and did good work. James came through and personally inspected their work a couple times throughout the process. Once they had the old siding off I asked if they would give me a little time to put some trim around a couple windows, the crew graciously agreed and put siding on that wall last to give me time to hang it. This summer, a year after the install, one of the pieces of siding along the roofline started sagging. I emailed James and with zero fuss he had someone out in less than an hour fixing it. Joe let me hop on the roof with him, he explained why the piece was sagging and how he planned to fix it. He inspected the remainder of the roofline pieces on that wall and said it wasn't up to his standard, so he hung new pieces along the entire roofline of that wall.

  We never know when storm approach what can really happen to your property. My neighbor's oak tree fell on my roof causing damage to my roof and siding, destroying gutters and leaving massive debris. I was recommended Twin Bridge Roofing and construction from a previous happy customer. For me it was so convenient to deal with one company for debris removal and fixing my roof. The very next day I had workers cutting the tree and removing the tree branches. They worked fast and very efficient, cleaned up my yard very well. As I submitted my claim to insurance, James Reans, the manager/owner walked me through the process. I enjoyed working with him as he answered all my questions and has made this uneasy experience very pleasant. I was able to pick the shingles that I liked and at 7 am on a scheduled day I had 9 workers at my property with all the equipment ready to work. The workers impressed me with their speed, attention to detail and quality of work! My roof looks amazing thanks to James and his crew! Not only a quality job but also very reasonable pricing! I recommend Twin Bridge Company to everyone!!!!

  Very easy to work with. They made the very drawn out process dealing with the home insurance company seem seamless, and they went above and beyond what was expected.
