  True story. Called and got an appointment to come look at roof with Josh. He texted me (not professional) the day of the appointment that he had driven by our home and saw that it was 2 story and he was just too busy for that. You are a roofing company but too busy to use a ladder? You wasted my time and my day and if you were too busy when we first made contact you should have just said so. Also please be an adult and call people not text them.

  Very professional on the surface, but I wish I had everything documented in writing. My job involved a new roof along with some exhaust fan vents. Roof was written up in the contract (big dollars) and the vents were sort of an afterthought despite being mentioned several times. Crew came and replaced the roof and never touched the vents. Which is odd as the contractor was upset when his invoice was less than what my insurance was willing pay. Could’ve charged a lot more for the job I asked to be done. Called back on the vents in the spring 4 times and no answer or reply. Wouldve been an extra 30 minutes of work had it been done on the original work order.

  The initial presentation was thorough, understandable and answered all of our questions. The workers were polite and hard workers. The work was completed in less than two days as promised. The cleanup was excellent and found no residual nails. I would highly recommend Harold’s Roofing based on our experience and pricing.

  They did the roof on our home. Did amazing work. Very up front with everything. Cleaned up very good. Highly recommend. I will be using them for my garage roof in the near future.

  The crew from Harold’s Roofing did a great job putting on our new shingles last summer. They arrived when they said they would, removed the old shingles, and installed the new ones all in one day. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done. I would recommend having them install your new shingles.

  Great installation. Very transparent and helpful with dealing with our insurance after hail damage. Job site was cleaned up very well after.

  Josh is very knowledgeable and professional, we just bought this home 08/2025 when we moved here from Illinois. The roof was hail damaged and our insurance company wanted it replaced. Josh gave us a good quote and the work was excellent. I highly recommend Harold’s roofing, they do great work.
