This company is currently doing the roofs in our townhouse development. While they do good roofs (I know nothing, but it looks good) they do a bad job cleaning up nails. They’ve been here four days and I’ve found dozens of nails in the …

I had a leaky roof. He said be out on Friday. He called and canceled. He would be there on Saturday. Looks at the roof, gives a price. He says maybe the following week. That week went by. Did not hear from him. I started calling him Thursday of the second week. Left three messages. Never received a phone call back.

Great job by Tyler and crew under “very” warm weather conditions. They were meticulous installing the new roof and skylights and also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend

We couldn't be more happy with our Tuscarora roof. We had a fantastic experience dealing with Kevin from start to finish. We got a couple estimates but we knew right away that we wanted to deal with Kevin. He was kind, patient, cheerful, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. We had a leak and he came out promptly to help us patch it up before getting the new roof. We had a ton of questions and he was very thorough and patient about answering all of them. It took me a long time to decide on color (GAF Timberline Slate in UHDZ) and he was also patient with that, and allowed me to look at many different samples while I made my decision. When it came time for the roof to go on Chris and his crew came out right on time and everyone was pleasant and efficient. A couple of small issues popped up but they were quick to deal with them and take care of them with honesty and care. They also cleaned up very well at the end of the project. We are so impressed with their integrity, honesty, and professionalism. The roof is absolutely stunning. We LOVE the color, design, and the work looks top notch. If we run into any issues I'm sure Kevin will take care of us. It's always intimidating choosing a company to come do a project and you never know what the work will be like or how the communication will be. We are so so happy we went with Tuscarora and have already referred them to friends and family. Thanks again Kevin, Chris, and the Tuscarora team for doing such an outstanding job and making my home more beautiful and secure. Keep up the good work.

I received multiple quotes for a roof replacement. Theirs was the most comprehensive, and there was no pressure. They provided a thorough, detailed inspection. Given that their price was right in the middle of the estimates I received, …
