  Workmanship was OK except that the crew removed the wrong part of the roof. When they put it back on (metal roof) they changed direction which made some holes not lineup to some of the lath leaving daylight showing through. That portion of the roof had no leaks and was not near the end of its life. To top it off they didn't have all the new metal that was suppose to go on in the first place meaning they had to install the old rusty metal back on until they could get additional metal. Certainly not what I expected. A communication problem as well as language barrier.

  Whats up tip top! You have done 2 jobs for me and loved the work! Recently you have lost 2 jobs from me.1st job they wanted me to take pictures and figure out the color of shingles and the size of job.2nd job i figured I'd give them a try again.wanna charge me $200 to come look at the scope of work needed.im out Ole buddy

  I don't see how they make money. Can't show up on time never respond. The appraisal was way overpriced. Can't speak to the actual work quality. But if it's anything like there communication skills. I'd run the other direction.

  Was supposed to have had a noon appointment today to have my roof looked at. No one ever called to say they were running late or couldn't make it ! I rushed this morning to get errands done to be home in time too. Is this anyway to run a business? I think this is quite rude & disrespectful of other's time! Apparently you must not need my business, so I guess I'll be looking elsewhere. Thanks for NOTHING!

  I have watched four neighbors roofs being replaced. Tip top was the only Co that Did Not cpletly remove old tar paper before applying new underlayment then shingles. Only three workers on roof. After 8 + hours not even half done with rain in forcast. Other companies had 6+ on roof and completely finished by 6 .hours.

  Good Morning, The decreased numbers of people on the roof was due to government mandated numbers. I have done quality checks on the roofs installed during this time frame to insure that were all installed properly. I have not found any issues to date.   I helped a friend look for a reputable roofer to replace her roof in St. Thomas so that she could complete the sale of her house. While we needed to get it done quickly (and well), price was very important. I came across Tip Top and they definitely checked the “reputable” box. I was really happy when they ended up checking far more boxes than just reputable! Free estimate- check Super competitive bid- check Work done within 2 weeks of authorizing the work- check Everything wrapped up in a nice and professional way- check HOUSE SOLD!- CHECK!   Lowest price for a very good job! EJ and Michelle are both very pleasant to work with. Ask all the questions you want. EJ's crew worked 13 hour days in the scorching heat to get the job done. An overhead light globe broke from the vibration of the hammering; but no problem--Michelle asked for a picture and the measurements, then sent a replacement directly to the house. The area calculator miscalculated the pitch of my roof, therefore they ran out of shingles. EJ would not allow me to pay for the additional materials. The quoted price is the price, period! EJ is not happy until his customer is happy. These are the type of folks you feel as though you want to spend time with. Roof looks great and had no problems with the bid 4th of July storm that came through right after. Preferred installers of Owens Corning--I checked with the manufacturer to confirm. Don't pay twice the price for the roofers who spend two hours trying to sell you their products (after they apply "discounts" for this, that,and the other thing) I'm happy with Tip Top Roofing and Siding

  Tip Top Roofing was recommended by my insurance adjustor and was one of three companies I chose to do the work. I liked the fact that the actual roofer came out and gave me the estimate and that he was very knowledgeable. Michelle was so nice to talk to on the phone and they were also able to get the work done in an extra timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

  I contacted Tip Top to address a siding repair project that I had put off for far too long. Michelle and staff were extremely kind, courteous, and professional. The work was performed on time as scheduled and in a professional manner. I was impressed with how I was treated as a customer and will recommend Tip Top to family and friends.

  I recently had a porch roof replaced by Tip Top. The owner initially came to the house and took time to explain the project to me on a level that I could understand. Several days later I received a detailed quote listing all of the work to be done. I had very good communication from the company before, during, and after the work was completed. I did get quotes from several other companies. I'm not in the building trades and I did honestly have a hard time deciding which company to use. I ultimately picked Tip Top because E.J. absolutely took his time in explaining things to me. I never felt like he was in a rush to move on with his day. Also, I'm big on researching reviews on a company. None of the companies that I got quotes from had bad reviews, but Tip Top had the best reviews of all of them. In hindsight, I'm 100% happy that I used this company and I would call them again if I needed work done on a roof. I think they were professional, and they were patient at explaining the job. I believe I was given a fair and honest price for a great finished product that was done in a very timely manner. GOOD JOB, GUYS!
