Poor follow up. Had our roof replaced and there was two areas that were not flat. They said they would lie flat after summer, but did not. Called/ emailed three times for company to come out to correct and they never did. 3 years later (after seeing this review) they said we could get free inspx., etc. but we've called twice and they never returned our call. Poor follow up and guarantee. Don't recommend.

No complaints...they did what was expected and didn't anything behind other than a new roof.

My husband and I had our roof done by Encore roofing. Their prices were affordable and unbeatable! Great customer service and our new roof was on and done in no time! Our old roof had been through a fire and was very spongy. The ridge vent needed replaced as that's where water was coming in. Encore had the old roof tore off and everything was replaced and fixed. It's definitely peace of mind knowing our new roof was done right and we haven't had any more issues! Thank you, Encore roofing!! I highly recommend! ❤️
