We had our roof replaced last October. During the roof process, it rained and leaked in our house. While they were responsive in looking for damage, it was still irritating that they had not taken the precautions to avoid it in the first …

I'm not going to avoid anymore accidents with your companies drivers. I have been run off the road to avoid crashing into your companies trucks on multiple occasions. Tell your drivers to get off the phone and pay attention to the road.

What an unethical company. Steer clear as the company is very unprofessional. First time I dealt with them a inspector rang the bell I was just getting out of the shower so I yelled through the door one minuet and turn around 30seconds later he is already on the roof standing in the window of the room I'm getting dress in. PEEPING TOM needs to learn some patience. I call the company upset leave my info with the receptionist and NEVER hear back from them. Then they come to do the roof and this time it's before 8am and I wake up to many men standing in the window of my room. They didn't even knock this time they just got right up on the roof in the windows PEEPING TOM'S. I go outside and ask why they didn't knock first and get yelled at by a gentleman that is not their policy to knock first. REALLY DOES THIS COMPANY NOT EVEN HAVE COMMON COURTESY. I still have yet to even hear back from someone in charge of this company for either complaints I've made. TIME FOR A POLICY UPDATE AND UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS ETHICS

THEY ARE THE BEST! Roof was put on super fast with no hassle. After contacting the owner, nails got picked up, leaking part fixed and new drywall put on at no cost! Levi was amazing to work with, super nice and understanding. He made this process super easy for us. George and Charlie were amazing too. That is why I do suport local business. Turner Roofing, it’s a pleasure to have you in Pueblo.

Good Afternoon Justyna, Please give our office a call, you are under warranty for 5 years after the date of installation and we'd be happy to go out with our magnetic sweeper to get any nails left behind. Although it is uncommon to have such a mess after the roofing process there are sometimes nails that get left behind and when we are aware we go out with the magnetic sweeper to remove the nails left behind. We strive to keep our customers happy and would love to help out further! 719-545-2400

We have been having our roof inspected by Dalton for 2 years due to a tile recall on our original new construction. When the percentage of damage was accepted by Tamko, he did a great job with our quote and the office did great on the paperwork. New shingles installed. All is good.

Just had our roof replaced (5/1/23). The process from bid to installation was super smooth. The crew did a great job and they were still smiling at the end of a very long day. It’s hard to get things done in a small town, but Turner made it easy for us.

Levi came to look at my roof over a possible Tamko shingle warranty claim. He was very informative explaining the 10 year window to potentially open a claim. He inspected my roof and said that it actually was in good condition and did not have excess granule loss. I appreciate the honesty very much. I will not hesitate to contact Turner Roofing again in a couple years to inspect again in case there is more granule loss at that point. Highly recommended.
