  I originally left a negative review and changed it to positive when communication started... I really thought they were going to take care of me. I have tried to work with this company and give them the benefit of the doubt.. As soon as I changed the review to positive, they dropped servicing me again! The skylights should have been replaced on a 30 year old roof and they were not replaced. Brian even came out and took pictures when I called and said, yes, the damage was there previously because of the cracking, he could tell by the pictures. The skylights are not even fastened down currently and they lift right up. The salesman, Monte, says that's not their fault because they don't remove the skylights. Dawn, who I guess reviews the reviewers even accused me of lying on my Yelp review, which I am about to go back and re-post... As soon as i changed my negative reviews to positives, they dropped off the face of the earth again. The whole company operates like this.... I've had it... I'm too nice of a person to deal with bad people and I got screwed over by Drury Bros. This company is TOO BIG to take care of the little guy properly. It's just a money churning game to them. I'm still finding nails on my grass and sidewalk after a year. Everything I complained about, they turn around on me, like it's my fault and not theirs... Never mind, i'll buy my own doggone skylights, Drury Bros. Thanks for nothing!!! Terrible company!!!!!

  Very poor communication, will not return phones calls! I received an estimate from drury brothers roofing and was happy with the recommendation and estimate to fix the roof. I was ready to schedule the fix but still have not received any communication back. Sure you might be short staffed or be busy but at least let your customer know what’s going on! Two months later and still no word. I have called them 5 times and I was told someone would get back with me but still no word!

  Roofed my house 1 1/2 years ago and it has been leaking around roof mount air conditioning unit. This is the third time that it has drip from my ceiling. Called them a week ago and no body has done a follow up on leak. I haven't been able to fix ceiling because they have not fix the problem yet.

  Came to look at a small job I needed done and said he would do it but then went out of his way to ignore my calls when came time to schedule it. I had been trying to reach him for over a month. Guess the job wasn't big enough to bring in the money. At least be professional enough to tell me you're not gonna take the job. Meanwhile my roof is leaking.

  Very satisfied with not only the estimator who left his number with me and answered when I called, but also with the girls at the shop where questions were answered and samples were given to take home. Especially great were the installers who showed up on time but also finished the job when they said it would be done. No problems I’m very happy. Highly recommend this company and the crew who did the work!!!

  This company is so on top of things the work is excellent and everyone i spoke with from the workers to the lovely office ladies. Samantha costanzo is a gem. I recommend this company to anyone needing roofing done.

  Best company in town! Ike drury the owner is awesome and he’s been doing it for 50 years and can guarantee the best service. Dawn Daurio is amazing to work with and will guarantee everything goes smoothly! Kris and Samantha are the best to work with!

  The roof inspector was honest with his explanation of not yet ready for a new roof. It is good to know that there are companies out there who don't take advantage of customers and insurance companies. When my roof is ready for a new roof, I'm going only with Drury Brothers Roofing.

  Drury Brothers put 2 different roofs on my house and did a great job both times. About 5 years after my first roof was put on a bad hail storm made my roof a total loss so they helped me with a roof inspection and working with my insurance. With my new roof I also added gutters and those turned out amazing as well! Great customer service and always professional. Will use again and recommend to my friends and family.
