Their customer service is AWFUL. Lots.of we'll be there next week, or bad weather, or the crew is delayed. Not once were they on time and zero communication about running late, or not going to show up at all. Not just the crew but Javier as …

Hi Linda, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We understand how frustrating scheduling changes can be. Communication was consistent through most of the project. There was a brief pause during a payment dispute related to items outside of our roofing and gutter scope, including window-related concerns. Despite this, we made efforts to assist by helping coordinate window contractor appointments as a courtesy. Manufacturer warranty information was provided and is also accessible directly through the manufacturer’s website. The roof and gutters were completed, and we stand behind the quality of the work performed. We appreciate the opportunity to work on your home and wish you the best moving forward.

This has probably been the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to work with. I have tried contacting them multiple times, sent emails, and tried to provide a large deal for upcoming new constructions in Pueblo West and they just never respond or constantly hang up the phone. And I contacted them from a suggestion. We are in the process of building 13 duplexes across lots that are already purchased. It has been a complete waste of time and effort.

We’re truly sorry you felt this way. From our records, we only show two call attempts — our initial conversation and another where we unfortunately had poor service. We did return the call and reached voicemail. As a family-owned business, we value communication and would never want any client to feel unheard. We appreciate your trust in reaching out to us and hope we can continue working together on your project. — Francisco Adame

this contractor is not honest. He lied about every aspect of the job. Always late, roof panels don't match flashing. different color. Roof vent also. Did not finish job as promised. Never got a permit that was stated in the contract. Job quality is sub par. Would NOT recommend.

My experience with this company started out on a very positive note. After being blown off by other companies they were quick to respond, gave a fair estimate and said they would be back in 3 weeks to do the job. 3 weeks later noone showed …

Francisco was great to work with. His crew knowledgeable and professional. While there was an issue with my original selection of a shingle roof, they were unable to use shingles due to the type of roof it turned out to be. They installed a metal roof instead. My wife is very happy with it. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks Adame roofing

I would like to say first and foremost, that every person that I spoke to or had first hand experience with at Adame Roofing were both Professional and Personable. Secondly they came in at a fair price and when the repairs were not as bad as expected, they right away reduced the payment owed. It's hard to find honesty these days. Thank You Adame Roofing for a great experience!

Tracy, that Westcliffe new construction was a fun project for us — love how the ProPanel metal roof turned out. We were happy to be part of the build and to work around your framing timeline. Thank you for your patience and for the kind words about the crew. Means a lot to our family! — Francisco

After a hailstorm, most of us look at the roof from the ground, don’t see anything obvious, and assume everything is fine. We get it. The truth is, hail damage isn’t always easy to see. Sometimes a small issue caught today can save you from a leak or a much bigger repair later. We’re not here to tell everyone they need a new roof. We’re here to take an honest look, show you exactly what we find, and help you understand your options. If there is damage, we can also help you navigate the insurance process. If hail hit your area, give us a call. Roof inspections and estimates are always free. Inspect. Protect. Restore. Peace of mind.2 days agoCall now
