  Unfortunately, communication was a major issue throughout our experience. Responses were inconsistent, expectations were not clearly communicated, and we often felt left in the dark. We expected much better customer service and would not recommend this.

They have come a long way in this business but they seem to have lost their customer service and appreciation for the people of this community that have previously called upon their services.   I definitely don't reccommend them. I had the roofers show up with no notice, damaged my gutter mount on my camera took off with the gutters I had. They ripped one gutter downspout off the stucco. They did not replace the gutters on the back of my house that previously was there and took the ones that were there with them to recycle at my expense. I have damaged soffits from them. The subcontractors barely spoke American English and some spoke no English. This is the worst service. There is not project manager to make a complaint to. They have refused to fix what they have damaged. The roof has been looked at by two people I know that has done roofing and both stated what poor job it was. The invoice went from $7,253 to $13,480.31. They hired a subcontractor to do my roof and did a very poor job and refuse to fix all the errors they made and damage to my property.

  Incomplete work. Called in April or may to get a quote and Jason was out the next day to do it. After deciding to go with cornerstone the work began fairly quickly. In the quote it was stated to take out and fill in the holes of some random things up on the roof, and to add in some sort of ventilation to the attic. None of that got done. We informed Jason and he saw for himself that it did not get done and that they would have it taken care of right away. Well that didn’t happen. We’ve called to try to get this stuff taken care of and just keep getting ghosted. We also had got a quote to get another area replaced on our patio roof that is uneven and warped that needs replaced. We wanted to get that done before they did the gutters back there put in. Well we’re still waiting for that work 6 months later.

  I had the best experience with Cornerstone Roofing and Gutters. When I called Angel answered the phone. I had several shingles had come off of my roof during some windy days. Angel was so professional, kind and very helpful. She made sure that everything went smoothly and quickly. Travis come out quickly and inspected the roof. He was on time and helpful. Good news I didn't have to replace the roof. Marciano called me to tell me he was on his way to fix the shingles. He first came and made sure what he needed then came back with the supplies in less than an hour. He fixed the roof quickly and made sure that he cleaned everything up. The whole process was quick professional and made I can't thank Angel, Travis, and Marciano enough for helping me take care of my roof. I recommend Cornerstone Roofing and Gutters to everyone.

  Adam was outstanding coordinating the removal and installation of two roofs. Hannah was absolutely outstanding taking care of the accounting, scheduling subs and handling billing and payments. She is very professional, extremely efficient and knowledgeable and knows the insurance process very well. She made what could be a very complex project very easy!! I own several rental properties and have never worked with a better contractor. Cornerstone Roofing is truly outstanding and I would highly recommend them.
