  BEWARE of this roofing company. Bad experience.Turco telling homeowners shingles are defective several years after install. Turco tells homeowners to make claims to Owens Corning and Turco will send photos. Several months later, Turco then rips off shingles to present with claims. Eight months later, Turco still has not sent shingles or photos to Owens Corning. Homeowners decided to find another roofer to assist with claims. Demanded Turco to replace shingles and she refused. Contacted several reputable roofing companies to continue our claims only to find out, the shingles are "NOT DEFECTIVE". Now we have to pay out of pocket to replace torn off shingles.

  Susan Dodd is lying and I will prove it by posting are complete text conversation and the pictures of both her neighbors (102 and 103 Macintosh) they are the pics on the left and Owens corning has already agreed with me that the roofs (which I replaced originaly the same time as Dodds in 2022) are indeed defective and they have already been replaced by Owens Corning about six months ago, the other two pics are Susan Dodds and I have plenty of pics of your roof Ms. Dodd and you can't lie about that because the date and time is stamped. There's a problem with granular loss and as anyone can plainly see there's a problem with the machine that cuts the bottom of the shingles and Owens Corning has already agreed and approved house's in Southfield plantation, Stathams landing, Quail run, Sleepy hollow and more. And when I took the samples off your roof I replaced them at the same time with new shingles so that's another lie, that same day at 11:29 (I'll add that to the post with your text messages) I received a message from Owens corning saying I don't need to take shingle samples just pictures however they did not send the company cam link until a few weeks ago which they sent twice that day (I'll be posting the screenshot as well) you also lied about finding someone else as the text conversation will prove you were asking me to reschedule and I said no thank you because of your entitled attitude, you also forgot to mention that you and your parents were very happy with the job and clean up that I did in 2022 so much that you and your parents told all your friends and neighbors or that I came to you and said I want to check on your shingles because I found problems with several roofs, and as I told you I found out about this Feb/March 2023 after being a preferred contractor since 2013 and after checking 90 roofs I informed the territory rep that there's a problem, he made lots of promises and after four months ghosted me then got promoted, October I fell off a roof and

  Guess it's a toss of the quarter... they replaced our roof and it looked fantastic, then a bad rain storm came through and my ceiling starts pouring water onto my couch and floor... instead of fixing it they wanted to go through my insurance again. Fighting with them and trying to fix it myself, warranty now expired. Good luck if you go with them. No plywood installed over the roof wood, no sheet, just shingles.. had i known i would have gone elsewhere

  Sir, we have never performed any work for you and have never received a phone call from you or anyone saying that water is pouring in their home. If you were a real customer you should call the office but we have not received any calls.

  Had my roof replaced through my insurance company in 2016. I reached back out several months ago about leaks in the same areas that initiated the job in 2016. I kept getting voicemail and left messages . Several weeks later I was contacted by Glenn, who advised Michelle was having phone issues and that’s why it’s taken so long to reach out. I explained what was going on and sent pictures.I told him exactly what the claims adjuster found and said,which was my claim is denied due to already having paid for all vent replacements ,roof replacement and that they could call him, he would send them his pictures and what he found.He asked for the claim adjusters contact information, which I provided.He immediately sent back pictures of my invoice from 2016 where he circled vents that he says they did replace. I inquired if they could come look , he started with a reasonable time frame, shortly later in the conversation he switched to “his crew was out of town for 2 weeks “ and once they were back he would call n schedule a date to come out. That was the last I heard from Glenn or anyone from Turco and my messages went unanswered. I of course had to get another company to come out and provide an estimate for the repairs.They additionally suggested reaching out to Turco and that if it’s not covered under any warranty’s they should definitely recognize the “workmanship “ and make it right. I reached out again, sent the repair estimate and of course heard nothing. Horrible customer service and clearly won’t stand by their work .

  We do not have records of doing a roof for you. We did however find a work order for a trailer who's roof we replaced with a 3 tab shingle over 8 years ago. The pictures attached to this review show damage to a room that was covered by the claim at the time. It was from an HVAC vent. Also, these pictures show water damage that is obviously been happening for years. We stand behind our warranties, unfortunately you've waited 3 years after the 5 year warranty had gone by to even reach out to Turco. If the actual homeowner would like to speak about this in more detail, please have her call, which she has never done.

  I have made several attempts to get them to come out. I was told different dates recently that they never showed, I left messages for return calls and never get them to call back. They won't return calls, text messages,or messages. They did come out one time, about 3 months ago, when I wasn't home and I'm waiting for a quote that never came. After 4 calls, text messages and trying to reach out , I guess I'll find another company.

  We have zero records of any work done for Alex Moore in fact we have no text messages, emails, phone calls going back to 2013 no property owned by Alex Moore in Houston, Peach or Bibb counties per the tax assessors.

  Michele and her team were great from the start, helping with every step of the process. They kept us up to date on progress and assisted with information, even well after the project was completed. Happy with the end result, and as an added bonus, we have found very few nails from the demolition process.

  Glen is the man to get the job done very polite very good customer service. When he said this what going to happen it’s was just like clockwork. Step by step until the job was done . Very smooth we love the outcome. Highly recommend Turco roofing. Way to go.

  Just had our hail damaged roofed replaced. First, my thanks to Glen for making the initial process of filing a claim with my insurance company incredibly easy. I have USAA and they too helped make the process easy. Glen has been great to work with thus far as he arranged the install and provided oversight throughout the project. The installation team arrived ahead of schedule and worked tirelessly to complete the job in 1 day. The roof looks fantastic! After the install I called Glen as I was concerned about one of our dormers. He reacted immediately and had one of the installers make some adjustment alleviate my concerns. If you have a question or concern about your roof, give Turco a call and ask for Glen…you won’t be disappointed!
