  Beware. Had a roof done a couple of years ago and have had multiple leaks since. Each time has been a nightmare to get them fixed under warranty. I’m now being ghosted or told someone will show up followed by a no show. What could have been an easy fix, has now turned into serious interior damage. Most of the reviews are for the initial roof install. Once it’s complete, expect to get zero support or follow through on the warranty and guarantee. Recommend going with Platinum or Middle Georgia Roofing instead.

  Our appt was for Thursday Sept 28th between 10-11 am. The person was running late according to the office lady. I gave 2 numbers for them to reach us. I checked out the window 20 plus times, the dogs never raised any alarms, yet the estimated person says he tried to call. Says he was there. There is a gate bell, he never rang it. I think we dodged a bullet by seeing the quality of the integrity before we committed to working with American Roofing.

  I inquired about an estimate for an addition on my house. Brandon, the owner, came out to look at our house on a Wednesday. He told us we would get a quote the following Monday. It's been a month and I haven't received a quote. I called three times to see where my estimate was. The first time I was told they would ask about it and call me back. Never heard from them. The second time I left a voicemail and never got a call back. Third time I called they knew who I was and that I was waiting on my quote. I was told I'd get it that afternoon... definitely did not get it. I don't mind if it takes a bit longer than expected. But communicate that with me. Don't tell me you'll call me back and then not do it. The communication with this company was terrible, and it makes me question how well they would communicate with me during the construction process.

  While Ryan did appear at my property at the scheduled time and date, I never received a written estimate which was promised by him during my visit, despite contacting the company on multiple occasions, in which I either left voicemails or spoke directly with the office staff. Each time, I was promised that I would receive a call back or estimate by a date certain, but I received no further contact from the company. If the company cannot even provide an estimate in a timely fashion, I would not trust them to perform a more complex task.

  I called them over 10 days ago, provided all my contact info incl phone number & addresses (email & home). They said they could do an estimate via satelite images and email me an estimate. Haven't heard from them since.

  I had a very good experience with American Roofing. I called to have an impression taken of my roof. Mr. Chris Daly came within a couple of days and showed me photos of the problems I was having with the roof. The service, the cleanliness, and the care they took with my flowers around the house were excellent. Very professional.

  The crew was wonderful, speedy job, with an excellent clean up afterwards, put plants in pots back in place after done. All in all one great experience from a top of the line company and I will use them for my future projects. A+ job from sales through finally payment.

  Awesome! This company is outstanding in the way they do everything. From the call to the sales representative (Chris Daly) the lead on the job, and the office personnel, just great to work and communicate with. Chris was easy to talk with and went through the work his team would do. The new roof was very reasonable and I added a couple services to my job, and the work was done very fast. The guys arrived on time and the work was complete in less than I thought it would be which was less than 12 hours. The team was very careful to protect the shrubs and flowers around the house which I consider a plus. Quality work, and an outstanding business to work with. Highly recommend them. I plan on doing more business with American Roofing & Renovation.

  My experience with American Roofing and Renovation was excellent. Everyone from the lady who took my call to Chris who managed the project helped make my roofing experience a pleasant one.   We had our entire roof replaced AND one wall of an interior bedroom because of a leak in the roof...American Roofing and Renovation did AN AMAZING JOB! They ALL were The MOST PROFESSIONAL group of people...from the initial phone call to the finished product inside and out! Communication was easy, they answered any and all questions that I had...they took pictures and videos of what they found and repaired and did a thorough job AND my roof and the interior repairs look BEAUTIFUL!   Chris with American Roofing came to my house explained to me the different options available for me to choose from. The roof was replaced and other repairs were made and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend American Roofing.

Heavy leaf drop and fast rain were overloading the gutter run, sending water over the front lip and down against the fascia. In Benning Hills, that kind of overflow can chew up painted trim, wash out red clay near the foundation, and leave stains along the siding after one hard storm. We removed the clogged debris, reset the loose hangers, corrected the gutter pitch, sealed the leaking corner, and made sure the downspout carried water away from the house instead of dumping it near the slab.
