  Deleted my original review? How is that possible? I wouldn't recommend these guys if you need a roof ASAP, they took months and end of instalation was awful.

  Called Platinum Roofing for a quote on roofing and gutters. Real nice, setup and appointment for 10:00am the next day for them to look at and get a quote. I received both a text message and an email confirming the appointment. I made sure I was home 30 minutes before my appointment, at the time of my appointment I receive a text message that they would not be here today and would try again tomorrow. Not one phone call! Clearly only there time is valuable!

  Never stopped leaks after 2 tries, gave up and didn't return, also recieved full payment.

  Google deleted my original review. Basis is this company has no communication and apparently doesn’t like money. Trying to get my roof fixed has been a nightmare.

  They did a good job on the roof but I had to pay 1200 dollars to fix damage caused to ac. A nail went through the cooling line. I was told it was not their fault. I understand that it was not intentional but I had to come up with 1200 dollars that I did not have.

  Hey Mrs. Austin, we have reached out several times to try to rectify this but we are unable to reach you. Your AC line should not be on the decking of your roof per Ga Building Code, that is why we have the stipulations stating such in our contract.   Received a quote from Will to repair my roof. Date was set up to do the work today. No one showed up so I call the office and end up talking to Will who tells me now that he can't do the job for the price he quoted me weeks ago!

  This company is shady. They broke our contract and I had to get Servpro to finish their job.

  Platinum Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. They worked seamlessly with both me and my tenant to get the roof repaired quickly and professionally. Ben was a true superstar. He stayed in constant communication, kept me informed every step of the way, and even showed up during the insurance inspection to make sure all damage was properly identified and reported. It’s rare to find a company this honest, reliable, and dedicated to quality work. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing to anyone in need of roof repairs or replacements. UPDATE 7/18/26: Another flawless experience with Platinum Roofing. Some roofers turn down simple repairs like a couple shingles, but not Ben. They immediately (and I mean immediately) responded to my call about a home inspection repair that was needed. He quickly got it repaired, covered all of the buyer’s requirements, and his invoice was lauded by my realtor for its detail and comprehensiveness. You can’t beat Platinum Roofing.
