  I’d give zero if there was an options too! Extremely poor communication during the bidding process. Only communication via email. Using a call center to filter calls. I had questions before committing to the project. Instead of communicating, they canceled the contract citing lack of materials. After a pressure sales tactic the week before to get it scheduled quickly and saying the color I had selected was low stock. Contract signer be ware.

  When we first discussed your project, we explained that we already had several projects scheduled, but we could complete your James Hardie siding project in March before our other committed jobs. You requested a specific color of siding, which typically requires a 3–5-week lead time to order. To provide the best customer service possible, we contacted multiple suppliers and were able to locate enough of the material from two different suppliers so your project could move forward sooner. When the timing was later changed and you asked for the job to be done in April, that time frame had already been committed to other scheduled projects. We always try to accommodate our customers, but we also must honor the commitments we’ve already made. We ask that reviews reflect the full and accurate details of the situation. We also noticed your profile contains many negative reviews for various companies, so accuracy is especially important.

  Our roof was damaged during the most recent storms. However, there was not enough damage to warrant a complete replacement. We had countless companies come out to give us an estimate but none wanted to repair a small section of the roof. Only Trusted Roofing Exteriors agreed to take of our problem. I didn't need a complete roof this time but guess who I will call when the time comes.

  I has a excellent experience with Trusted Roofing Exteriors. They did our roof and gutters. Customer service was amazing they followed up with me every step of the way since my home is a investment property and I live out of state. They sent me photos of the job in progress and finished. Best experience I have had with getting work done on the home.

  If you are looking for a great team to replace damaged siding and skirting on a mobile home Trusted Roofing is the company for your job! They did an incredible job replacing siding with added underlayment and skirting at a great price (we had several bids and Trusted Roofing beat prices of other bidders while providing more work). All this completed in approximately 9 hours. They cleaned up the property and had a dumpster delivered to remove the old siding and skirting. I give them an A++++ rating!
