  Honestly very disappointed in this company overall, I would give 0 stars if I could. Heck maybe even give them a -5 stars. Not only was I very unsatisfied with the job, but management was very rude and unprofessional with how they handled their business. Don’t even get me started on the quote price, outrageous! You would honestly be better off going on your roof yourself with some duct tape and cardboard. You guys need to do better and maybe consider a huge management change. People entrust you with their homes and you deliver a poor performance. Do better!

  We have been waiting 5mths for our siding and absolutely no update. Promised referral money and nothing on that either. I have asked for some kind of discount and was told it's not there fault. I will not recommend this company.

  The absolute worst experience with a contractor by far. They were the “preferred” contractor of our insurance company so we decided to go with them. Communication a Was lousy. Very unreliable. Poor workmanship. We have lived in our house 26 years and never had a roof leak in 26 years. The first heavy rain we had, the kitchen ceiling started leaking. They came and did a temporary fix but said they didn’t cause the leak. Regional manager suggested I submit it to our insurance company and say it was from the hai storm. Told him that I felt like he was asking me to not be truthful with my insurance company as it had not leaked prior to the new roof. At that, regional manager blocked me. They were supposed to do the other repairs but we opted out of using them and found our own contractors. They never contacted us, we always had to initiate contact. Their local rep only used text after we requested email as it is easier to organize. Insurance company wasn’t much help in getting things fixed. In the month of September, there local rep apologized 32 times in text by not getting back to us, or promising to drop of materials or he was going to do something and he didn’t. Very very poor experience. We know of others in our neighborhood that experienced similar things. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy let alone a friend. Just seemed like a very poorly run operation.

  I had an excellent experience using Apple Roofing. The inspector Brody Roach from Apple did an excellent job. His inspection was thorough. He kept me informed throughout the process step by step. I was always able to reach him when necessary. He took out time to explain the process, and all of the documents needing to be signed. He gave me a timeline when things were to be done. He called me ahead of time to make sure I knew when the materials were being delivered, the work would start, and approximately be completed. My insurance company paid for a new roof, gutters, downspouts, and new siding. The work that was done was excellent, and the crew made sure they cleaned up after the job was done. I was very pleased with the finish product. I thank God for Brody being thorough, patient, and kind. I have already recommended the company and him to my relatives and friends.

  I don't usually take the time to write reviews for Salespersons, but Nathan at Apple Roofing genuinely earned this one. From the moment he came out, he was professional, thorough, and refreshingly honest. He walked me through everything without making me feel pressured or rushed — straight answers and real information. His communication was excellent from start to finish. He followed up when he said he would, kept me in the loop, and made what can be a stressful process feel completely manageable. It was clear he actually knows his craft — he was educating me on what my roof needed and why. If you're looking for someone you can trust in the roofing industry, ask for Nathan. He's the kind of salesman that gives the whole industry a good name. Apple Roofing is lucky to have him.
