After a thorough internal review, we have no record of any project, contract, estimate, payment, or interaction with this individual—either as a customer or as a subcontractor. Posting vague and unsubstantiated claims without factual detail raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy of this review. TruRoof USA operates with written contracts, documented scopes of work, and clear payment records on every job. None exist here. Because false statements that harm a business are not taken lightly, this matter is currently being formally reviewed and documented, and appropriate steps will be taken to address knowingly false or misleading claims.   We have been using true roof since the summer for an insurance claim up until about a month ago, they have been professional, constant with communication and advocates that for our insurance claim. We've been understanding what delays when they would say they were coming to start a project or finish a project. There were several within the insurance claim and they couldn't due to due to a delay on another project of theirs at a different address. We were very understanding because we knew the job would get done. At least that's what we thought and what was happening a very professional relationship up until about a month ago. About a month ago, we contracted them for an outside of the scope project to fix our ceiling and painting our living room. When they sent in a contractor named Matt and his dad who had to redo work like the gutters and other parts as well as the windows and the framing. Because the contractors they had before didn't do a good job. We didn't even ask them. Didn't have to ask them to redo substandard work. Bryce already went to check on it and went to complete it. This contractor met scammed my husband out of $400 and true roof gave us a $200 credit as a sign of good faith. Since then they stopped Bryce stopped responding about a month ago after he said he would come to finish up the job and take care of the edging and the substandard work again just as he had always done. Never came back out. Sent me a video of another project they were working on and he said he'd be out Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Never came back out. Then. Alexis, the office administrator sent me a bill after months of telling me through emails that know you won't have any money due. No the money that you're talking about which was money originally released for the claim from the insurance had nothing to do with them. She sent me a whole explanation of why that money had nothing to do with them and then I get this invoice for almost $5,000 $800 of which was for the painting

You initially engaged TruRoof USA for an insurance-related restoration project and, as reflected in your prior 5-star review, acknowledged our professionalism, communication, advocacy with your insurance carrier, and our willingness to correct work that did not meet our standards—often at no additional cost to you. Regarding the concerns raised here: • Scope & Payments: Insurance claim disbursements are issued by the carrier based on approved scopes of work, not by contractors. Funds released by insurance are not discretionary and must be allocated according to completed and approved line items. When questions arose, we attempted to reconcile the scope transparently and requested clarification directly with the adjuster. • Additional Work: You later requested work outside the original insurance scope, which was completed and invoiced separately. A partial payment was made for that work, and the remaining balance reflected documented labor and materials. No charges were fabricated or retroactive. • Debris & Materials: Construction materials and debris were temporarily staged on site during an active project, which is standard practice. Items were scheduled for removal as part of project close-out. At no point was your property abandoned. • Communication: We maintain written records of extensive communication via email and text. When repeated interactions became unproductive and adversarial, a decision was made—professionally and appropriately—to formally disengage and transition the matter to written communication only. This is a standard business practice and not an admission of wrongdoing. • Social Media: Blocking on social platforms is not evidence of misconduct; it is a business decision to prevent harassment and ensure communication remains documented and professional.   Is this place still open? They did a roof on one of my buildings and now I have a lien on the building from a supplier because they have not paid their bills? Called them and have not heard back.

In fact, we spoke with you directly on our office line two days before this review and extended condolences for your recent family loss. To suggest we do not answer our phones is simply not true. Regarding the “lien” you mentioned: what you received was an automated vendor harassment/pre-lien letter tied to a dispute between us and a supplier. It is not a lien on your property, and we’ve already verified this. We pay our suppliers, and no mechanic’s lien has ever been filed on your building. We are happy to provide you with written confirmation from the vendor confirming this. We also want to highlight that your project was completed at a stellar price and value. It is disappointing that although we delivered the work, the fair price, and direct communication, we were not afforded a positive review—but instead a negative one based on an internal vendor dispute that has nothing to do with the quality of your roof.   Bryce was excellent to work with. While I'm living in Florida and need gutter guards installed in my new Ohio home, he communicated all the details, confirmed the schedule, and sent completed pictures. TruRoof was also the best price buy far of 3 quotes I received. Highly recommend TruRoof USA!

  Amazing company. Was referred to them by a friend and their quote came in under the previous quotes we received. Bryce was amazing to work with. There weren’t any visits in person prior to the job so I was a little worried but Bryce ensured that his crew knew exactly what I wanted. Friendly work crew. They got to work right away and tried to finish the entire project in one day but were lacking some materials that were not delivered on site until the second day. The second day they were only on site for a few hours because of how much they got done the day before. Bryce even sent progress pics during the process because I was stuck in the office most the day. Very satisfied with how the siding looks. Almost like I have a brand new house. Most of the neighbors came by during and after the project and were also impressed. Shared their contact information with a few folks. Bryce was amazing to work with and I highly recommend TruRoof USA.
