  If you’re going to let your employees drive company vehicles please ensure they know how to drive. Bald male couldn’t stay in his lane and almost hit my car. When I drove past him he was on his phone not paying attention at all

  Horrible company. Would give negative stars if possible. Due to space limitations we can’t give full details or list all the problems, lies, or unprofessional business practices encountered but we’ll give the highlights. Contracted with Hinckley Roofing to do tear off and roof replacement on small house. Subcontracted crew only tarped front of house and left other sides exposed. Majority of shingles and debris were thrown off sides and back, not front. Left excessive black marks on vinyl siding and large scratches/gouges on aluminum window trim where shingles hit. Only the front looked mostly okay because of tarp. Siding in very good condition prior to damage they caused. Showed us picture of front with tarp and lied about the rest being tarped until we shared video from security cameras showing shingles raining down against the siding. Their solution was to scrub each streak and power wash the siding, destroying the surface so there were glaring shiny and dull patches alternating across sides and back of house. This was unacceptable to us. Met with them again and were told if we gave it 6 months we wouldn’t be able to tell; it would even out. Gave it 6 months and it looks worse. Roof cost just over $9,200. Bids from siding companies were all higher than that amount but Hinckley would only offer half the cost in credit for damages. Said anything more would be unfair to them. When we didn’t accept their offer, we were told they’d put lien on house and we could work it out with their insurance company then. Deadline for filing valid lien had passed after so much time but they would file anyway. The only way we could get lien removed then would be to hire attorney and file a lawsuit to have lien invalidated. We opted to take their low offer and be done with them.

  Cancelled on my estimate 15 minutes before they were supposed to show up. Gave me the opportunity to reschedule. Very disappointed. Background: I live in a trailer park. This unfortunately happens a lot. It's unfortunate because I make good money but decide to live below my means.

  Estimater called at 7a.m asked me to spell my name,then yelled at me to speak louder.I had talked to someone else from there the day beforeand had cancelled Hinckley,that guy was professional.,since another company was on the ball and called right away,I was going to use the company that called right away, ,you don't need to be rude with prospective customers,I will need work done on my roof in the spring,won't be calling Hinckley roofing.

  Found out while looking for a roofing company that this one ripped my mother off for $18,000 dollars. Came out did est. Told her she needed to pay for work up front, scheduled a time to return for job and never showed up! Refuse to contact her back and has yet to do the work or reimburse her. This happen afew years ago and I just found out so I wanted to spread the word! Beware people.

  I called this company in early January to take a look at some spots on my roof. They came and did a decent job at evaluating what they could, also found some mold in the Attic. They said they'd happily address that issue while they looked into my warranty with owens Corning. I signed the contract for the attic work on January 16 and since then they only called me once in February 5th to let me know the chemical for the mold needed to be specially ordered. I haven't heard from them since and it's now February 28th. I've decided to pass my contact in to my Attorney. Stay away.

  Hinckley Roofing has contacted us and resolved our issues. They came out and fixed the leaks, and I think sincerely wanted to make things right for us. Thank you Ed and your crew. This was my original post: After having Hinkley Roofing put on a new roof on my house about 8 years, ago I've called them twice for some service on a few leaks . I expected to pay for the service since we were out of the labor warranty period. Both times I've been blown off and shuffled around, which resulted in no help with the issues. My thought is after they make over $20,000 putting on a roof, they are done with you. I'm very disappointed. I thought I had done business with a company that would help me take care of my invesvent.

  Hinckley Roofing completed a full gutter install on one of my homes. Their team was top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and very respectful. The communication was seamless, and extremely quick with a response. In addition to these, the work completed was better than I could have imagined. The yard was cleaned up and the home looks great. Will 100% use this company again in the future with all my needs.

  From the day we met with Dawson Huffaker, Sales Representative, we were assured the removal of existing roof, debris, new roof and all it entails as well as the old and new skylights will be done to our expectations. It certainly was! We were very impressed by everyone's work ethics. The entire crew worked very hard with immense precision during coverage of windows, bushes/flowers, removal of old roof, hauling debris, and installation of everything. It was impressive to watch! Also, team members made themselves available to answer any and all questions and concerns we had with gladness and smiles, as did Dawson. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful crew and staff on this project. Special thanks to Dawson for his support.
