  Worse roofing company.Took them 9 months to complete my roof.Customer service is non existence.Dont follow thru.They tell, you they coming to complete the work and they are no show ,no call pass 3 months before i heard from them.The crew don't know what they are doing and are very disrecpectful. Is not worth your time or money. Every time you talked to them they give you the story that the person that was working with you no longer work there. Want to be paid before the work is complete and try to intimidate you with putting a lien on your house. Have texts, emails and photos to prove everything i wrote.

  I am very disappointed with CMS Roofing & Restoration. We had a tree fall on our home and State Farm's preferred recommendation was to go with CMS Roofing and Restoration. They were very prompt with coming out and giving us quote. However, that was the only quick thing that has happened up until this point. We have gone through roughly 4-5 project managers/ contractors, and all of them have quit or been let go. During the process, they did manage to repair one part of my roof, however, the part that was repaired was NOT part of the claim. I have asked since March 2024 for a refund which the Fort Wayne Owner agreed to based on the work not completed. I have not received a check in the mail. When I call to follow up on the refund from my personal cell, no one answers. When I call from a different phone number, they always pick up. The last encounter I had of them picking up the phone, they put me on hold and then hung up on me. Then wouldn't answer my calls the rest of the day. I would discourage anyone from working with this business. Unfortunately, we will need to take legal action. Which is super unfortunate, because I am not disputing anything. Just asking for my deposit back because the work has not been completed in the 2 years of the claim.

  If I could I would give negative 5 starts on the installation for my roof. The process started in March 2023, they delayed setting a date for 3+ months upon which time I asked for my money back, and instead they dropped off the materials …

  Steel roof product that they use appears to be of good quality, but their workmanship is poor. There were many workmanship/cleanup issues during installation. I discovered by accident that they also misdrilled holes in several of the new steel panels and then filled the holes with caulk. This will eventually fail and result in multiple leaks and loss of the roof integrity in several years. I have called many times for the past 6 months, with promises of taking care of the situation , but as of yet no call backs or resolution and the sales agent/project manager left this company. I contacted the BBB with the complaint and have received no response. They are no longer a member of the BBB according to the website and their rating went from an A to an F.

  Dave and his team were awesome! From coming out to provide an estimate, to dealing with insurance, and making the repairs, the entire process for a roof replacement after storm damage was smooth and easy, and we absolutely love the look of our new roof!

  CMS worked with our insurance company when we had storm damage to our roof. Pricing was up front and there were no surprises. The install was flawless and we love the upgraded shingles! Would definitely use them for a home project again.

  They did a great job. They fought for me with the insurance to make sure I was covered. They were the lowest price, but the quality was still the best. These are some hard working people. They went late into the dark of night to finish the job right. They cleaned up multiple times.

  CMS roofing pulled through when we needed them the most. Fast, reliable, and thorough with their work. If it wasn’t for their quick responsiveness and quality craftsmanship I’m not sure we’d have a roof over our dining room anymore. Can’t recommend them enough!

  What a fantastic group of people! First of all, Jacob who ran the job did such a great job communicating and making sure that everything was done exactly how I wanted and with precision. He had such a wonderful crew on site, smiling faces. CMS came in to fix someone else's poor work. They did it right, good material and knowledgable people. Jacob worked along side his team and it was evident they respect him as a leader. To top it all off, Bryan then came out and inspected the whole job and made sure again that all was done to my liking. Would hire them for every single project if possible! Thank you for all the hard work!

  I was in a weird situation with my roof. I had a company come out and tell me I had storm damage and they’d be able to replace my roof through my insurance. We filed a claim got through a lot of the ins and outs involving the claim. Then it got to a point where that company just left me hanging. Months go by then claim gets closed. Then comes to my door Cristian Ibarra representing CMS! I tell him my situation and he finds it very odd they left me hanging and that he’d like to try and take over. Within a couple weeks he gets the claim reopened. Turns out all he had to do was take the time to show my existing shingle does not exist anymore. Cristian gets the approval for replacement from my insurance. In a very timely manner, my roof is replaced. Cristian from day one he was very professional in how he took care of everything. He was communicated everything to me, calling and updating every step of the way. I could not be happier working with him during this process! I appreciate everything! Thanks Cristian Ibarra and the CMS staff. Also, the crew was at my house when I left for work early in the AM and everything was done and cleaned up when I got home from work. The roof looks great, with some upgrades Cristian was able to work in for no charge! Awesome work! Thanks, Zach
