  Went as far as the quoting rep and chose to go with another company. Just rude and unprofessional. When I was understanding, when they canceled the first time.

  To say that we had a bad experience is putting it lightly, I think. TLDR, we reached out in June 2025 and the job was started 10/13. All said and done we washed our hands of Gridiron 12/11. 10/13 - around 8am, the GM calls because the materials we selected back in August are now out of stock. We quickly make new selections that are in stock. Crew arrives around 10am and starts demo. Demo takes longer than planned (no fault of the crew, the previous homeowner had installed the shower OVER the original shower tile), and the crew lets us know it will take an additional day to finish the project. Day 2 goes without a hitch. 10/15 Around 10am, I needed to step out of the living space where I have been working remotely throughout this project. I did not leave my home, I went into a bedroom and closed the door for some privacy for approximately 30 minutes. Inexplicably, the tub surround was ripped out and a third crewperson arrives with an entirely different surround that takes the rest of the day to install. When I asked if everything was okay, the crew said yes, everything was fine. At the end of the day, the crew let me know that they chose to swap out the tub surround we selected because they "didn't like how it stuck out." This third surround has no shelving built into the corners like the surrounds we initially chose. Built-in shelving was important to us because it is easier to keep clean than the removable shelves. But don't worry! The shelves can be ordered (they were out of stock, go figure, so we didn't have shelves for approximately 4 weeks). Drywall gets started, but not finished, and the crew needs a 4th day. The project has doubled in length. Additionally, the crew noticed there will be a significant gap (3/4in - 1in in spots) near the ceiling from where the old shower surround ceiling met the wall. Discussed some options, including adding trim to cover, and I told the crew they were clear to do what they thought best once the drywall went in. We were advi

  We had gridiron come out to measure our floor. Never got a quote. Followed up. They apologized and said we would have a quote by the end of the week. No quote. Just told them forget it. Will go somewhere else.

  I first met with Frank for the estimate of a complete tear off and roof replacement. After signing the contract with Gridiron Guys, Frank was completely unresponsive and failed to return any calls/emails to schedule my replacement. I had to contact the main office multiple times to finally speak to someone and get my roof scheduled. During the actual job, the roofing team did placed a huge dumpster on my backyard, which had visibly just been graded and reseeded for grass. The dumpster become stuck in the yard after heavy rains and ended up tearing up most of my back yard. The project manager (Matt?) said he would make the team foreman come back to repair the yard, which he did by hand. This obviously did not correct the massive damage. The project manager then said he would have a landscaper come out to repair, which never happened, leaving me to repair the yard myself. Additionally, the roofers incorrectly installed the flashing, which needed to be completely removed and reinstalled. I later found out this was because the project manager failed to provide the actual specifications of the contract to the roofing team. Upon completion of the job, I requested confirmation that the project manager actually inspected the job and approved of the work, since he was not seen at my house since the first morning to collect payment and there is no way anyone would have approved the terribly installed first flashing. While he assured me he inspected the roof, I highly doubt that as I was home throughout the entire job and have cameras and he was never seen. I'm also sure extra unused unopened shingle packages wouldn't have been left in my driveway if he has come. It was one of the worst home improvement contractor experiences and I would never recommend using Gridiron Guys. Edit to respond to recent company comments Dec 2025 - If you truly cared about making things right, you would have done so when I reached out multiple times to have the damage corrected years ago.

  I had them come out for quote on refinishing my wood floors and was told they would get back to me on Monday. That was a week ago and have not heard from them so I have contacted another company to get a quote and job.

  Grid Iron Construction did a through job on our flooring project. We are pleased with the special cuts they had to make for our special conditions. Jake who gave us our estimate and Tyler the project manager kept us posted throughout the installation. Tyler stopped in twice to check on how things were going which we appreciated. Our installers Mike and Brad were very professional and skilled. They arrived on time both days of the install. We also had basement steps carpeted. A separate installer completed this project and took his time and did a great job. All the installers also did a great job on the cleanup daily and at the finishing point. Upon completion Tyler came by for a final inspection and is taking care of our only concern.Tyler is very in tune with the customers needs and goes above and beyond. Special thanks to Tyler and all of the great people at Grid Uron. In closing from the staff at the Grid Iron office and show room to the project manager and installers we would recommend them to our friends and family. I have also used Grid Iron for 2 different roofing projects and I was pleased with there work and professionalism.

  Had our roof done on the house and garage and its beautiful. The crew worked 13 hours that day because we needed more wood to redeck the whole house roof which wasn't expected. The crew was very hardworking and very meticulate on the cleanup. Very happy with the results. In two weeks we will be getting siding. Couldn't ask for a better company!

  The whole experience from start to finish was great. Everyone was super nice. I had siding put on my garage this summer and it looks great. Last year i had them do the siding on my house and that looks incredible

  Will this was the 2 time we had the Gridiron Guys Construction put a roof on for us the first time was are house. Then we had them do are other one.that's are rental property I can not complain at all they do great work. they do their best on cleaning up but like everything you can't get it all. With the grass being high. I just wanted to say thanks to all crew workers and to Parker and Dave the project manager. We are planning on haven them give us estimate to do siding on are hope next year. Mite have them give us a price for gutters. With this being said just keep up the great work.

  Amazing work that won’t break the bank. Had them to a small repair on siding and flashing. Their quote was 500 to do the work. The competitors said their minimum was 700.
