The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

The woman who answered the phone was not alone in the office when this call came in. She was trying to answer all of the potential customers questions and told her we would get a copy of the written estimate from the employee who gave her a quote for a repair and make sure it was done correctly and everyone was on the same page. The potential customer resonded that if we didn't want her business she would go somewhere else and hung up while our employee was still trying to answer questions and offer solutions about the estimate that she said "wasn't communicated correctly" by the Estimator. We gave her an Estimate and then tried to address her concerns and answer her questions.

Make sure you have everything in"WRITING"that is going to be done. And ask ahead of time what your responsibilities are prior to the job be started. Missed the mark on small details. Installation crew was very good.

Sorry we could not wrap your tapered porch posts and did not change out your electrical line connections to the house. We told you that tapered porch posts would need painted and if you wanted new connectors all you had to do was get them for us. We do not do electrical work. I do believe your house looks beautiful now and we thank you for your business.

What Truitt Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Truitt Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
