  My experience with blackbear started out less than stellar..I called about an estimate for gutter and fascia replacement..Eric came out on the day he said he would and at the time he would..he provided me with an estimate and I approved it..fast forward a little and I called to schedule a time where I could put down my deposit..I went in and put down the required amount (this was on a thursday) and was told I would be contacted the day after (that friday) to schedule my installation date..I didn't hear from anyone for 3 weeks..so finally I called them and asked what was going on..I had been put on the repair list instead of replacement. I finally got my actual installation date which was July 1st I woke up early and everything only for the crew to not show up..so I get a call and they apologized and set me up for the next day..fine..again I woke up early..they didn't show up the next day until 5 pm..as they were ready to leave I discovered my gutter guards weren't installed and when I asked they said it wasn't on my order even though it was in my contract. So they slapped brown guards on my white gutters..it looked horrible..so I called and complained..Cody said he would make it right and have white ones ordered and reinstalled which was great! About a week later my new guards were installed. They look amazing! And the crew did an awesome job on my gutters. In the end black bear did come through and made it right with us! Cody was super friendly and Eric was great and the crew did a fantastic job! It started out rocky with the communication but it ended well and that's all that matters. Thank you!

  We used black bear roofing & exteriors back in 2024 to add a new roof and do siding on our pole barn. Nick came to our house with samples for us to choose from, friendly and informative. The crew did an awesome job and completed it fast. After they were finished we realized we wanted something else additional completed and they made it happen quickly. Good team to work with!

  Black Bear Roofing just replaced our roof. Chris made the process from roof damage assessment all the way through final clean up so easy for us as home owners. The crew worked from sun up to sun down to get our large roof done in one day. As if that was not enough for me, the owner of the company (Cody) was seen on our surveillance cameras the next night walking the property checking the work of his crew and making sure there was not one piece of debris left on the ground. It’s nice to have a reliable and detail oriented contractor for once because we have some horror stories in our past. Highly recommend this team and we are grateful for their work!

  We absolutely love the work that BlackBear did at our house! Cody, Corey & their team did wonderful work and we’re very professional start to finish. The windows not only amazing but they have also made quite a difference in our heating bill as well as reducing outside noise from entering the home. Would highly recommend anyone looking for roof or exterior work to give them a call!
