  Called and left 2 messages to the estimator about getting a siding estimate for our home. No response for several days. Then calls us out of the blue with no notice and says he'll be at our home in an hour, which turned out to be 2-1/2 hours when he showed up. He got upset when my husband called him out for being over 90 minutes late. He said we were being rude because he didn't call us to say he was being delayed in any way. Then said he wouldn't do the estimate. Just an excuse after excuse. I would say these guys are not dependable and I won't ever try to call them for anything in the future. Not even worth a 1-star review at this point.

  Mrs. Riley, unfortunately, after speaking with you, he hit a deer while on his way to your house. He was understandably shaken up by the accident, which caused a delay. While on his way to your house, he was dealing with the insurance company. Despite being shaken up and significantly delayed, he still showed up. When he got there in his wrecked vehicle - the interaction was tense, so the appointment could not move forward. We apologize and regret the experience and wish you the best moving forward.

  Hi Michelle, I looked at your reviews and they're from Dublin, OH. We have not done any work there. I have no way to contact you to tell you that you have the wrong company. We checked our records and have no record of you as a customer. You must have us confused with another company. Can you please call our office at 937-323-8647 or the owner at 937-206-9060. We have not received any calls from a Michelle Baker or have you in our system as a previous customer. Please remove this review - as it does not pertain to us. I will be reporting this review to Google for removal. Also, I looked up other reviews that you have left and they're for companies in Dublin, Ohio. We're located in Springfield, OH.

  Called for a leak. First they made me think they were coming right out. After three days I called back. Guy on phone informed me I misunderstood. They wouldn’t be out for two to three months. I told them it was okay. Seven months later, still waiting on that call.

  I am the owner of Dependable Roofing and also the guy who informed you that we WERE NOT TAKING REPAIRS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, because it was winter and we were booked out past the end of the year. You definitely did not get told you would get added to an imaginary list of repairs, that we don't keep. I am sorry you assumed that we did and could have reached out to myself or the office at any time to ask about being on said assumed list, but you never did. Instead of calling me and having a conversation about it you complained here about it and after checking your profile, that is apparently all you use Google for is to complain when you don't get your way. NO POSITIVE REVIEWS. My office left multiple messages after the complaint to see if we could resolve your bad experience with my company and not once, did we get a returned call. The last time we called, we were told you were at work and never got a call back. My telling you we were not taking repairs at this time is literally our way of saying that with being a 30-year-old company that has 2 phones ringing constantly with roofing and siding replacement leads, that we focus on every day, repairs are only added to our schedule when they can be addressed in a timely manner. NOBODY in their right mind waits months and months for a leaking roof to be addressed, because they have somehow convinced themselves, that with no further contact or communication, that the roof repair guy from Dependable would finally get to you, they call other companies until another one says they will fix it.

  Refused to communicate and took a month to even try to schedule is causing an additional 30000$ in damage. Still had the audacity to try to charge me for "repairs" after refusing to communicate at all. Could have been avoided if they answered their phone or said they couldn't do it.

  Well, well, well, could a more exaggerated effort be made in an attempt to not pay a measly $350 service call bill? I remember being told when I started this company that nut jobs were part of the equation. BINGO, BINGO, BINGO, you win the nut job of the year award, CONGRATULATIONS! $30,000 in damages? one would think you should have consulted an attorney, but nothing, seems suspicious to anyone with half a brain. You blatantly used another company, because I told you we don't commit insurance fraud by covering deductible's when I met with you, that is when you hired someone that were desperate enough to cover your deductible.

  Ms. Dover, We were hired and contracted by Springfield Housing Partnership. NHP provides us with paperwork that breaks down everything they want us to bid. You have almost 200 ft. of soffit. NHP only wanted us to bid 100 ft. of soffit. We were not hired/contracted by you. The roof was not $16,000 it was $14,044.00 When you call a roofing company out to give you a roof estimate....they will estimate your roof. Soffit is completely separate and is not apart of the roof replacement. We were only hired to replace 100 ft., and your house has more than that. The reason why only some of it was replaced is, NHP only has so much they can spend, since they get their funds from grants and can only help out people so much. We did what we were hired and contracted to do. Also, there was a walk through done by NHP. This is something that you should have addressed with NHP. The extra piece of soffit that was put on in May was not paid for by anyone and we had to eat the costs. If you would like to schedule a time to come to our office, so I can show you the paperwork, then please call our office.

  Spoke with Dependable on multiple occasions regarding a repair as they came highly recommended in the area. Last message was three days prior. After receiving no message back or update placed a final call and was extremely unprofessional. More or less stated our job wasn't big enough and he would get to it when he wanted to. Biggest complaint is in regards to being unprofessional and lack of following up on there word.There's a few things a man has in this world with morals like loyalty, duty, respect honor,integrity, and personal courage. The size of the job doesn't determine priority and ignoring a customer is bad business. Looking at the reviews it wasn't the first time this specific problem has come up.

  I apologize that you're unhappy! I was not ignoring you! I messaged you back - not sure why you didn't receive it? I wasn't saying that your job was too small for us to get to in a timely manner, but that it was a small job that we would have no problem getting to and you took it the wrong way. We do a lot of insurance work, so we had customers in front of your spot in line. Insurance work is a process. Once we receive a scope, the details have to be sorted out - adjusters miss items 99% of the time. You're the only customer who we've had this year that was trying to rush a process that cannot be rushed. Our goal is to make sure your home is properly repaired back to the condition it was before damages were made. We just printed your scope on Wednesday, Dec. 9th, because the initial scope was a screenshot you sent through text message that was too small to print/read. One of the repairs in the scope was a widow replacement - windows can take two weeks - up to a month to come in, because of COVID-19. We try to make all repairs at the same time and it would have been a one day job for the exterior repairs. We didn't even have a signed contract from you yet and would have been required before hand. It was never a matter of us not wanting the work and again I apologize for the misunderstanding.

  Dependable Roofing came out to do a repair on my roof for me. They did an excellent job and communicated the issues. Excellently with me. Couldn’t be more happier with their attention to detail.

  Jason quoted us an estimate to repair wind damage on our roof after evaluating at an affordable & reasonable price. He was very professional & listened as to what we wanted without pressuring us. Jason & his co-worker started repairs the next day. They both worked diligently & finished the repairs within approximately an hour & left our place immaculate. Will definitely refer our family & friends. We are very pleased with the service & workmanship of the crew at Dependable Roofing.

  Dependable Roofing did a great job from start to finish on our home. Gary, quoted the job quickly and at a very reasonably price. We were scheduled in a timely manner without a long wait. Crew showed up as scheduled and had our roof completed along with a new ridge vent by dinner. The crew members were friendly, answered all our questions, and did a great job protecting our plants and cleaning up when the roof was completed. We appreciated all the professionalism and highly recommend Dependable Roofing.

  First class from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the service and care the crew showed for my property. Such a hard working bunch of guys! Started around 7:30 a m. And finish the job 12 hours later. If you want great care and service from a well managed company, give them a call. You will be as thrilled as I am for using this company.

  We didn’t get to use them to replace the roof due to sale of property, but they did some free repairs on the roof in the meantime. Would definitely recommend them and would use them if the opportunity arises. Professional, friendly and great customer service. Thank you Keri!!

  Dependable Roofing recommended by my sister and brother-in-law. Even after their glowing referral, my expectations were greatly exceeded. From the time Gary Iddings and his son came evaluate my roof until Jason Iddings came and inspected the job after the crew finished, everything was done to perfection. They are the epitome of professional and customer focus. I could not be happier with the work performed. Also, the support that Kerry in the office gave was top notch. They have a customer for life. I doubt their is any company around who is as professional, friendly and committed to quality work.

  Workers arrived around 7a and worked all day, returning early following day to complete the job. Workers were very respectful of my property, and diligent about cleaning up all debris before leaving. I recommend using Dependable Roofing

  Highly recommend Dependable Roofing. Great to work with, very professional, they know what they are doing. I have had a leak on my property for ten years, and this is the ONLY company that took time to figure out the issue. Just call them, like their name, they are dependable.
