We hired Deer Roofing about 5 years ago to put on a roof. They did a great job tearing off the old roof and installing a new one. Recently we noticed a leak in the roof, we have called Deer Roofing multiple times to have someone come out and no one has showed up. Now they are not answering the phone and it is going to voicemail. If you want a roof done cheap with poor customer service, give Deer Roofing a call, otherwise pay the extra money for better customer service.

My wife and I called several times to get an estimate on our roof. They set a date/time and stood us up, not once but TWICE! Sounds like bad business to me. No way would I turn down THOUSANDS of dollars...I don't care how busy one may be, you must stay professional. My advice? STEER CLEAR FROM THE DEER!

Excellent service! They did an outstanding job replacing my home’s siding and gutters. They clearly explained everything, kept communication easy, and delivered great workmanship. Antonio and his crew do excellent work, and Rob made the entire experience simple from the start to finish. I highly recommend Deer Roofing and will definitely use them again!

These guys do really awesome work. I had some wind damage to my roof and they were out there replacing my roof within a week of getting the go ahead from the insurance company. They are really pleasant to work with and also helped with the insurance claim process as well. The roof looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with this company.

I called Deer after our roof lost shingles during a wind storm. They came to the house within a few hours, and patched a spot. They provided an estimate for a new roof, were understanding with working with insurance, and the job took one day to complete! They responded quickly to text messages and overall provided excellent service.
