  1 Star for Significant lack of communication and follow-through I am writing this review to share our experience with True Roofing Inc., as this was our first time navigating a roof claim and the process proved to be extremely frustrating and poorly managed. We initiated this claim on March 25, 2026. Our assigned sales representative, Corbin, ceased all communication with us shortly after the claim was submitted and an adjuster was assigned, with his final outreach occurring on April 15, 2026. When we followed up directly with our insurance company, they informed us that True Roofing had not contacted them either. Due to the lack of response from our representative, I escalated the matter to the owner, Caleb Gillman. Unfortunately, communication remained minimal. While Caleb assured us that True Roofing had requested an in-person inspector, that inspection was never arranged. Ultimately, I had to contact the third-party engineering firm myself to obtain a status update on our project. Clear communication and reliable oversight are critical when handling insurance claims. Given our experience, I cannot recommend True Roofing for home repair services.

Regardless of where a claim stands, our clients deserve timely updates, and I understand how the lack of consistent communication created uncertainty during an already stressful insurance process. I would like to provide some additional context regarding your claim. This claim has not been abandoned, and we continue to actively advocate on your behalf. After the initial inspection, we submitted requests for the insurance carrier to conduct a reinspection based on the damage we documented. At this time, the insurance company has declined to send another field adjuster or inspector to the property. Unfortunately, that decision rests solely with the carrier and is outside of our control. Although the carrier has refused another site visit, we are continuing to pursue every available avenue to challenge their decision, including providing additional documentation and communicating with the appropriate parties when opportunities arise. Our goal has always been to obtain a fair evaluation of your roof and maximize the benefits available under your policy. Regarding communication, I recognize there were periods where we should have provided more frequent updates, even when there was little movement from the insurance company. That is an area where we can and will do better. We value every homeowner who trusts us with their claim, and we remain committed to working on yours until every reasonable option has been exhausted. If the insurance carrier changes its position or requests additional information, we are prepared to respond immediately. Thank you again for your feedback.   Terriable company and owner. Had my roof replaced and had a leak and he refuuses to come out to even look at it. $2700 worth of damage that im having to sue him for!!!! Please do not yse this company!!!!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Caleb and the team at True Roofing. Working against a closing deadline, and they stepped in and got everything taken care of so my sons house was move-in ready right on time. Caleb was honest, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He helped make what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The roof looks great, and the workmanship was excellent. I truly appreciate everything Caleb and his crew did for us and would absolutely recommend True Roofing to anyone needing roofing work done.

  Great people to work with and the work was done in a timely manner. The guys that did the removal and installation of the new roof were very professional. They worked very quickly during high winds and fairly cold weather. Also I enjoyed the music. Thank you Morgan for getting everything rolling for the new roof. Caleb, thank you for helping walk me through insurance issues and questions I had. I highly recommend to anyone that needs any roofing repairs, please reach out to Morgan and Caleb at True Roofing.   We used True Roofing to repair patch and paint our house in the aftermath of a plumbing nightmare. Caleb and Oscar were great to work with. The results were amazing and will not hesitate to use them again
