  Bought a house with 6 year old roof done by stonewater. Had developed a leak and 20 plus nail pops after the summer. Called them out to come fix it and see if they would work with me since it was only 6 years old. They were more concerned with quoting me a gutter job I had asked the guy about who came to fix the leak, rather than the nail pop repairs. They then quoted me $800 to fix the nail pops. After talking with multiple roofing companies this many nail pops is evident of an issue with the roof install and they all said that their standard practice would be to honor it as a warrantied repair.

  After being referred by a friend, StoneWater Roofing has been nothing, but a massive and horrible headache. After the first week my contact left the job, now months in I finally got my roof and was supposed to get other work completed weeks ago. I now find out my current contact person is leaving the company and they told me they are no longer going to complete the rest of my work. No gutters, carport work, interior damage work, nothing. Their communication has been awful and I can’t get any questions answered when I ask for information, everything takes a week to reply. Now I’m left with finding contractors and figuring out all the financial stuff on my own, because I choose them because they could handle it all for me. StoneWater treat your people better, when they did my roof the workers had no protection from the sun, I let them borrow my pop up tent and chairs. How can a company this large not provide pop up tents for their workers in 100+degree Texas weather? Make that make sense StoneWater. I can’t wait to be done with them overall.

  We are deeply sorry that we were unable to provide you with the outstanding service and experience we strive to give each and every customer. In this case your insurance company was unwilling to properly pay for the repairs necessary after our multiple attempts to explain the repair costs. You have received two payments totaling a $5,522.30 refund. The only amount not refunded is the $2,200 tree removal invoice you gave us to pay on your behalf. This was paid to FJ Lawn Services on 9/1/23. Again, we regret our responsibility in your delays and hope your insurance company does end up properly restoring your property.

  Aaron, and Ashley were amazing. They inspected my roof, and helped get my claim process rolling. They also cleaned off all the pine needles while at it. Thank you so much Stonewater for all the help. Looking forward to working with yall.

  I would like to express how fortunate I feel having Brandon Anderson to work with in obtaining a new roof. It had been determined that my shingles had been damaged over the years by hail.When I met Brandon it was a blessing. I had recently lost my wife of sixty-six years. It was great to have a good christen man to deal with. It made me feel safe. I am very pleased whith the work that has been done .   Had several roofers come knocking after storm and one company was supposed to come at same time as adjuster and was a no show. My daughter was using Stonewater and sent Brandon Anderson to look. Brandon went above and beyond especially cause we had to have adjuster back 2 more times and Brandon was there every time. Brandon was in communication through whole process and helped us with multiple issues with Insurance. Brandon also came and made sure all debris and nails were picked up after install. Brandon is very knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to help you and also see it through to the end. Highly recommend Brandon Anderson with Stonewater Roofing.

  As a realtor working to get a roof replaced in a specific timeframe I would highly recommend Stonewater Roofing. They were professional, timely, responsive and thorough. I especially appreciated Isaiah for always answering and being helpful even if it may not have necessarily been his part of the job. He made the experience painless start to finish.

  My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with Brandon Anderson of Stonewater roofing. He took his time and explained all the details in what we could anticipate during our roof repair.
