  I was impressed with the customer service I received. Zach was amazingly prompt in keeping the appointment times. I never had to wait to see if he was coming... means a lot!! I don't know much about pricing; but I think he was fair in pricing both jobs he did & he got them done in a very timely manner. He is very polite & courteous & I'II call him for future jobs when needed.

  Keith did a fantastic job working with the adjuster and explaining every phase of the process. Crew arrived at 6:30 am and completed a 34 square job + carpentry work + a very thorough clean up by 4:30 PM. I absolutely recommend Elevation Roofing!

  Zach York & crew just left and it's very hard to tell where the damage was - the finished work is that good. We had a large and nearly 50 year old pecan tree fall on the house during a storm. The damage was rather extensive requiring not only work on the roof/decking/rafters but the soffit and fascia on the boxed eaves. It is, after all, August in East Texas meaning it's like working inside an heated wet sauna. The crew was on site before dawn and on the roof at first light. Working quickly and professionally the crew opened the roof to allow placement of the brace (sister) rafters on the cracked but still intact rafters. With the support structure reinforced, new decking was cut, fitted, and secured. From there it became a straight forward roofing job with the addition of new paper, starter shingles, and lacing/blending new shingles into the undamaged area of the roof. While all this was going on, Zach was working on the specially fit fascia (hand milled by Zack) to achieve an exact fit and splice into existing undamaged facia. In less than three hours, the roof, boxed eaves, and drip edge had been repaired leaving a result that requires close inspection to determine where the repairs began and ended. The entire area was picked up/cleaned up and left spotless. The results were outstanding and professionally rendered. I would prefer to not have trees fall and damage the house, but Zack & Elevation Roofing & Gutters did what they said they would do and kept all promises made. An outstanding conclusion overall. Thank you, Zach.
