  These guys were professional from the start. I was landing in San Diego when the tornado come visiting Newnan. I got a call from Austin Eure and he was the most professional and courteous . He starts by telling me that he is sorry for the damage to my home. He was making a call on the home next door and saw the damage to my home. He tarped my home before he called me to prevent further damage. These guys did everything that Austin said they would do. Austin was there for the adjuster visit making sure that he understood exactly where all the damage had occurred. The repair and replacement work was done fast and furiously. Insurance was kept informed of the process and all work was perfect. These guys are professional and efficient in every sense of the word. I would never hesitate calling these guys for further work should the need arise. You will never find a more professional man than Mr. Austin Eure.

  Tru-Top repaired a roof leak;leak returned but I have not been able to have the company respond to my repair request.now I have several more leaks.

  After the bad weather in Griffin, GA. They did several MAJOR repairs! Great company. Great Service.

  The whole process was very simple. Austin did an initial inspection for hail damage and helped me through my insurance claim process. Once we got the claim approved it was a very quick turnaround, within a week, to get the materials here …

  A tree fell through the middle of my house. Tru-Top was able to come out in the middle of the storm to put a tarp up and help prevent further damage. They are a total life saver!!

  During the crazy times of the Tornado impacts I was referred to Tru-Top by a family friend. Ben was the point man for my job and his communication is best in class which was key in why I chose to go with them. Ben as well as Bill, the owner, came out to to meet with the insurance adjuster to help along the claims process. Roof was completed in one day and cleanup was thorough.

  Austin is great about communicating in a clear and timely manner. He was on time for each appointment and always spoke in a professional way. He’s knowledgeable and took his time when explaining things to us. If the company as a while is a reflection of their employee...they are good indeed.

  We needed someone to check our roof and repair it. We were referred to Tru Top Roofing. Bill came out and did a great job. Checked for leaks and replaced missing shingles. Great work for a great price.

  Tru-Top Roofing did an excellent job on my old 1930's roof. Right from the very beginning Bill made a great impression. He took the time to listen to my concerns and also my wishes. He then climbed up on the roof himself to take a closer look at the roof for inspection. He also measured so that he could give me an accurate estimate for the repairs and replacement. Tru-Top Roofing did not make me feel pressured to use their services nor do I feel like they were trying to sell me on any unnecessary repairs. I took my time with the decision, and after several quotes from other companies, I chose Tru-Top Roofing. Man am I glad I did. Everything was explained to me about the process. The crew should up the day as promised. The job was not an easy one and there were obstacles to overcome and they did a GREAT job! (Also, it was 27 degrees that morning, but they still showed up to do the job as advertised.) My roof was completed in 1 day as promised. They did a great job of cleaning up too. Also, a very important note to mention. Tru Top Roofing is licensed and insured. They also acquired the appropriate permits that were required by the City of Newnan. The city inspector actually showed up to verify the permit was acquired and that the job was done according to building standards. Tru-Top actually exceeded the standards and expectations of both the city and myself. I would not hesitate to call Tru-Top Roofing for your roofing needs. I will definitely call on them again for other properties that I may purchase in the future. Definitely a well deserved 5 STAR rating earned by Tru-Top Roofing!

  Replaced primary residence roof due to storm damage. A difficult job on a 1700 sq. ft. house with multiple roof lines most on a 45 degree angle. Job was performed on the planned day and for the stated price. Good safety and housekeeping …

  Tru-top recently got my roof replaced. They did a great job from start to finish and had very fair pricing for their quality work. Bill, the owner, came out to my house personally and was very kind and honest. Austin then handled the whole process with insurance and the crew very smoothly. I would highly recommend this company; My new roof looks great!
