  Terrible drivers, I wouldn't be surprised if they did their work drunk since that's how they drive. Cut over 4 lanes on a highway to cut people off for funsies? Probably do work half assed for funsies too wouldn't surprise me either.

  I’ve heard a lot of good feedback on Matt’s Roofing so decided to give the a call. I need some gutter work, a little roof repair and a quote on a few windows. I left a message two days ago and just received my follow up call. I began to explained to the Matt’s employee what I was interested in getting repaired but she stopped me to say Matt’s Roofing does not give quotes except on full replacement jobs. The call ended pretty quickly on that note. Ok, I guess I get it, but it’s a shame to miss a good job opportunity as I anticipated a good bit of work on my end. Not upset just a little surprised and will move forward looking for help.

  I apologize that we could not help you. As for gutter, we are a full gutter replacement service. When our estimator comes out, they will only be able to give an estimate for the full perimeter of the home. I hope you were able to find someone to assist you. Thank you for your feedback.

  My husband called to get an estimate on our roof replacement and they gave us a date & time they would be coming out. That time came & WENT without a visit or so much as a phone call to reschedule. Very disappointing. But that is ok because we have found another company that we were very impressed with..they came exactly when they said they would and gave us an estimate within a few minutes to complete our entire roof and at a great price, as well!! Hero Roofing is the way to go!!! After posting review my husband received a call telling him his appt was for 2-12...that is almost 3 weeks after asking for an estimate which is ridiculous....

  Please feel free to contact our office regarding this confusion. We have an appointment set for Bailey residence in Fayetteville for 2/12/2020 between 12-1. If this is not you, please reach out to us so we can get this matter addressed with our scheduling coordinator. If this is the correct residence, we are sorry you had your appointment time/date in error. We did review the recording and found that the day & time for this appointment was set for 2/12/2020 between 12-1. We were coming out to address a leak at chimney due to poorly constructed cricket causing water to pool in basement. Again please contact us to get this matter corrected. Update 1/31/20 We are sorry we were not given the opportunity to assist you but glad you were able to find someone to come sooner. We have been inundated with calls due to the heavy rains recently but are working hard to get to as many homeowner calls as possible. Again we are glad you found someone to resolve your problem. We will take you off the 2/12/2020 schedule. Please feel free to contact us if you need us in the future.

As you contacted us twice regarding your gutter request, we are sorry but our gutter installer has policies and unfortunately this is his policy regardless of price or quantity. We did try to refer you to a company that does partials/repairs and could have possibly assisted you with your needs. Again we are sorry you are upset and displeased with our inability to assist you.   This company put a new roof for our home about 10 years ago. I called them for the estimation since I had leaking from our roof and it made water mark on our ceiling. They told me there's nothing they can do since they do not serve our area.

  We are extremely sorry you are displease with our company and services. Per our conversation, your roof was replaced with the previous home owner and although it was out of warranty, we did try our best to assist you with the information you requested. Due to the heavy call volume from our own area, we had to pull our service coverage in to service Coweta & Fayette only at this time. We did give you a reference to an exceptional company in your area that we refer all North Atlanta home owners too. We also gave you the manufacture information for your product although your issues are related to chimney and not manufacture defects. Again we are sorry we could not meet your needs at this time.

  Matt's Roofing is NOT experts YOU CAN trust. I have just discovered that he gives all new prospects a book with everyone's name, address and phone. Every roof he has ever done apparently. I do NOT want my name and address to be handed out to everyone in the area. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. This needs to be stopped. Consumers have a right to privacy.

It seems at that time, your husband agreed to allow us to use him as a reference and signed off on a job well done. In the 5 years since the installation, you have had no complaints regarding our workmanship nor customer service. You are the first customer in the 10 years we've been in business to complain regarding us using our products, workmanship and customers as references but it seems you are affiliated with one of our local competitors and this could possibly be another attempt to tarnish the good name of Matt's Roofing & Gutters, Inc. Since you have brought this request to our attention, we will gladly remove you from our reference list.

  ​I recently had my patio's rolled/sloped roof repaired. The estimate process started off great—the representative even came out during a storm to take a look, and the quote was very reasonable! The contractors completed the work efficiently in about 4-5 hours. ​However, there were a couple of downsides: ​1. The contractors left my gate open, and it was pushed back so far that the hinge is completely bent and no longer latches properly, so I now have to repair that myself. ​2. One of my main complaints during the estimate was the water-damaged interior roof and soffit. I assumed the soffit was part of the "exterior" quote, but after the job was completed and I followed up with the sales representative I was told they do not handle interior or soffit repairs at all. ​Takeaway: Double-check every detail of your written estimate before moving forward. I usually do but I was tired of looking at the damaged roof and worrying about it breaking further that I didnt this time so that is my fault. However I would've thought soffit repair work would've been an obvious thing to include in a roof repair especially if it were part of the complaint. While I'm hoping the actual roof repair holds up and their warranty is solid, those two issues left me a bit disappointed. Now I'm having to find another company that can repair the soffit, the patio ceiling and newly added my fence. Definitely mixed emotions here. Good luck!

  Exceptional Work by Matt's Exteriors! We had our roof replaced with new shingles and new gutters by Matt's Exteriors and the work was absolutely extraordinary. Our roof looks incredible and our entire house looks spectacular. We feel so much safer now. We were very well guided by Drew, who visited us throughout the project to ensure everything was going perfectly.   This is my second time using Matts. The first time was over 20 years ago On a different home. After work was completed. A piece of flashing around a rock fireplace was mismatched to the color of the roof we chose it was located on the front of the house. We reached out to Connor and he called me back later that evening after hours. Although I was upset Connor was caring understanding and very professional. He came up with a solution of painting the flashing that almost perfectly matched to the roofing. Matt exterior team went way above and beyond our expectations. Their warranty is unbeatable.
