  This person made an appointment with me to check out my roof at 1030am on Thursday. At 1030am I called. He said he had an emergency at a job. He told me he would be there shortly. I had to go to work. I told him that. At 1230pm I called to see if he had been by. He said he hadnt. I told him there would be someone at the house doing an inspection from 1230 to 1pm. At 3pm, I called. He said I was his next stop. When I got home at 4pm I called. He said he was on his way. I told him I would call someone who respected my time and who thought this was important. I told him never mind. Just a warning. This person will not respect your time. Nor will he call to let you know he isn't coming.

  A year later, and my siding is still not fixed after one of your roofers damaged it. The run around is insane. Excuse after excuse, and the original reason for having this company come out was never addressed. I will NOT recommend Edit: You came to my home multiple times, the damage is not a "claim" you saw the damage immediately after the install and you said it would be handled. You also recently came out to give an estimate on siding on another side of my home and you NEVER came back or followed up. If the siding piece is not repaired please provide compensation so that I may go elsewhere to have this addressed. Thank You

  There is no way for us to screen reviews. Anyone can leave a review directly on Google. I had explained that the siding you claim that was damaged by the roof install was not in production at that time due to Covid and as soon as I could get a match for it I would have it replaced. That still stand true!

  Mrs. Mullins I hate that you feel unsatisfied with our timing on getting your estimates to you. However I had explained to you on the initial window estimate that my regular manufacturer did not make the windows the way you wanted them and that i would have to find a different manufacturer. Once i found a manufacturer that would make them the way you wanted it took them about a week to get all the pricing to me and then once I received the pricing i sent the proposal to you as well as a full siding proposal with the additional framing you wanted to change your back bay window / soffit and fascia proposal/ gutter proposal / and a full paint proposal. Then you wanted the window estimate changed to only have black windows in the back as that would be cheaper so i revised it and resent the proposal. A few weeks later ( last week) you stated you wanted a different estimate for replacing just the bottom three pieces of siding around the complete house instead of a complete replacement as that would be cheaper. I then made yet another estimate for that. Then you called this past Friday morning and asked if the gutter proposal included the soffits and fascia i explained that It did not and that i only seen just a couple of small areas that would need to be replaced and that would be charged on a per ft basis. You asked me to revise the estimate to reflect that. I explained to you that I was out in the field and that i would make the revision as soon as possible. You then called the office three hrs later asking where your revised estimate was, Savannah then explained to you that we had been out of town due to her having an extensive surgery and Friday was my first day back and we were very busy. I wound up having to take her to the hospital later that day due to complications from het surgery. Less than 24 hrs from the time I spoke you, you left the above review. Those are the facts.   I was surprised when they checked my roof not only from the top but also from inside the house ceiling space. They actually moved carefully through the attic and pointed out areas where heat and moisture were affecting the structure. That inside-out inspection gave a full picture I never had before.
