I had Set Apart Roofing install Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation on a property of mine and wow - the results have been amazing! There is a noticeable difference inside the home with the hot summer heat. I am also thrilled that my HVAC unit will not have to work as hard in a hot attic as it’s fully insulated! Great pricing, great communication and great experience all around! 5 stars for them and their insulation crew! Thank you!

Dave is a wonderful guy. He really does care that you're happy. You can really tell the quality of a business when you see how they deal with a problem. Fixed my issue within 24 hours of my call, was personally involved in the fixing of said issue, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and that I was happy. It makes me wish I had more than one roof to give him more of my business. I researched local Peachtree City roofers and chose him from all the other reviews I saw. I'm really fortunate I did.

We recently purchased a new home and had Dave at Set Apart Roofing come out for a full roof inspection. He was thorough and honest, walked us through everything he found, and completed the repairs in a timely manner while also cleaning out our gutters. Highly recommend for an honest and high-quality roofing job.

Dave with Set Apart Roofing was great from day one. He showed up.when promised and got the numbers for my spray foam insulation back to me quickly. His workers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves upon completion, which is no small feat as this product leaves a mess. I received two other bids and I went with Set Apart as they were the only one who got back to me as promised. He wasn't the cheap bid, but I wasn't looking for cheap. I was looking for quality and who lived up their word. Glad I did.

Dave and his team are exceptional roofers! They give more than you ask; treat you like family; and always have a Great attitude. Plus they go out of their way to leave your place better than they found it... that's SERVICE not seen too often these days. We're very Blessed to have made their acquaintance and will continue to rely on them for our needs... they also have incredible referrals! Dave knows EVERYONE - we got our Home Inspection through one of his referrals (HomeScan- Philip S.) Also good people there - who in turn gave us a great referral for our porch/deck to be rebuilt. You cant go wrong when you work with Dave & Jude! < A BIG THANK YOU FROM OUR FAMILY >
