  During the ice storm at the end of January I called my homeowners insurance because a tree had fallen knocking off my chimney and doing some shingle damage. My insurance agent recommend Trey. Don't sure why Trey was sent first instead of an insurance adjuster. He came and took pictures but couldn't do much since the tree on the roof was on electrical line and I was waiting for tree company to cut tree. A few days later Trey came back and looked at roof and chimney. He was unable to see entire roof due to it being covered in snow. He then sent 3 works over who couldn't let me know what they were doing due to language barrier. Since this was my 1st time going thru roof damage I assumed Trey was busy with other clients. On 4/3/26 I called Trey to find out when he was going to fix my roof. He then processed to tell me he told ins co that the damage was not enough to cover my deductible. How would he make that assumption since the roof was covered in snow...hmm is an insurance adjuster. He then said he would come the same day we spoke to look at my roof and give me a good rate. We'll he have not called or came and looked. Did I get scammed? Very unprofessional and would never recommend this company !

  Initially they were on it and we were very impressed with how they laid out the process of replacing the roof. Here we are 5 months later and they have not addressed a few areas that need to be corrected nor have they sent the final photos so we can close the claim and finalize with the mortgage company. Yes. 5 months after initial payment was made for them to start on the roof and it’s still not to completion (due to no final statement and photos as requested more than once for the mortgage company). It’s been months of no contact and today we get a random call they are coming back to look at the roof and no one has shown up yet at 606pm.

  We appreciated Tru-Built's honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. Robert treated us like family and was so easy to work with. There was a little snag (no fault of his or Tru-Built) but he got us through it and the job was done in a timely fashion. We would definitely use him again.

  This is the best company to choose for any roofing needs. They have been out several times for repairs & now they just replaced my entire roof for a very fair price. Highly recommend these guys!

  Cory Caton and his team at Tru-Built Roofing did an exceptional job from the start: examining our roof, meeting with the insurance adjuster, documenting the damages, communicating throughout the process, replacing our roof, protecting our shrubs & flower beds, cleaning up the job, and every other detail.   Very late posting this, but I had two of my roofs done last year for my rental houses. The process I feel like was very quick after getting several quotes from businesses all around Longview I determined that they were the best priced. I want to say the roofs were completed in less than five days and here we are almost a year later I have not had any issues that my tenants have disclosed. I will definitely be using them in the future for my other rental properties and also my personal property. Everyone I dealt with is extremely nice and super helpful.

  I reached out to Tru-Built roofing for an inspection, they informed me there was no storm damage but they did notice a puncture in my roof from a tree limb. They quickly repaired my roof & was able to match my shingle perfectly. We will definitely be using Tru-Built roofing when we need our roof replaced. Very professional & efficient!
