The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Troy Roofing Company. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I recently had my roof replaced by Troy Roofing Company. While the final product looks great, the communication could have been better. There were a few times when I had to follow up for updates, and it took longer than expected to receive responses. That said, the crew was courteous, and the work was completed to a high standard once they got started. I believe the company could improve its customer service but would still recommend them for their quality work.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 47 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 22, of which 18 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
