They never answer the phone -- over 7days and a human does not answer the phone. Tried every number. Additionally, they keep emailing me and I have repeatedly told them to stop, but at this point, not sure if anyone actually works there.

Original Roofing Company Was amazing throughout the entire process. They helped us navigate the insurance company and get coverage for the weather damage to our roof. Trevor was our contact and was very helpful and communicate well. Even on the weekend when the team completed our roof. He came while the insurance inspector was here to make sure he saw the damage and was able to get our entire roof covered. They did our garage and house in just over a day. The team worked hard and for 15 1/2 hours the first day, and completed the roof in a few hours on Sunday morning. Our house is about 100 years old and they had to put new boards over the old slat roof. Trevor called to have me check to see if there was any interior damage in my attic. I highly recommend Original Roofing Company if you have a potential insurance claim.

Steve, we're really glad to hear that the experience with Trevor and our crew met your expectations from start to finish. Navigating insurance claims can definitely get overwhelming, so knowing that Trevor was able to step in and make sure everything was communicated and handled—even on weekends—means a lot to us. Replacing the roof on a century-old home takes some extra care, and our whole team is happy we could get your garage and house buttoned up so quickly. Thanks for trusting us with your project and for taking the time to share your story. If you ever need anything else or have questions going forward, we’re just a call away.

Austin and the team at Original Roofing are top notch, from the initial inspection through the completion of the job, and their turnaround time for responses to status inquiries was quick. With the storm damage sustained and risk to further damage inside the house, Original Roofing coordinated extremely well with our insurance adjuster and the township to schedule the work on the earliest possible timeline. The work crew was very respectful and left the yard and landscaping exactly how they found it, including rehanging our potted plants!! I would recommend Original Roofing to anyone looking for a repair or full replacement.

Corry, it was a pleasure working with you and we're thrilled to hear that our team's communication and attention to detail made the process smooth, especially after such stressful storm damage. Your recommendation means a lot to all of us at Original Roofing, and if you ever need anything in the future, we're just a call away.
