  I had a tree fall on my roof, causing some damage. Since my roof already needed to be replaced, I contacted several roofing companies and ultimately chose Tresnak. While they completed the roof replacement, they did not repair the damage caused by the fallen tree. During the initial inspection, I specifically pointed out the damaged area and explained that it was the primary reason I was replacing the roof. Based on those conversations, I believed the repair would be included. When I called to ask about it after the work was finished, I spoke with one of the owner's daughters. Instead of trying to resolve the misunderstanding, she was rude and condescending. She told me that because the repair was not explicitly listed in the contract, they were not responsible for fixing it. I understand that contracts matter, but I clearly communicated the tree damage during the inspection and made it clear that repairing it was the reason I was having the roof replaced. If that work was not going to be included, it should have been explained before the job started. Instead, I was left with an unresolved issue and a very fustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

  Revision 1 Star: An architect and carpenter I am working with on rebuilding my garage found that the contractors that Tresnek sent out just placed the gutters into completely rotted fascia board along the backside of the garage, they were supposed to replace all of it. We found way more than I had initially saw myself. I strongly recommend against using Tresnek. I paid nearly $5k for that job and it was not done right. Original Review: They're ok, I did like their straight forward pricing, but when it came to the day of installation I guess I was surprised to see a sub-contractor there. The sub contractor didn't replace some rotting fascia board I pointed out (the fascia I pointed out is soft to a touch) and instead put the new gutters into it. I brought this to Tresnek's attention and they seem willing to resolve it. It was just very disappointing to see a sub-contracted company come out who themselves have very low customer ratings come and do work. At the end of the day the job got done and went mostly well.

  I called them for service and was told that it is a 400 dollar charge as that is what it usually costs to make a roof repair. Like most homeowners, I was very concerned about potential damage and agreed to this charge readily, and also because Tresnak had installed the roof many years ago. The guy that did the repair work (re-caulking a few nail pops) took approximately 20 minutes, sat out front of the house for about the same amount of time, and then I got the bill. I was contacted three times for payment within a week, and each time I indicating that it had been paid in full and was sent via US Mail. This is an excessive charge, and takes advantage of people just attempting to protect their property from water damage. We will not be utilizing Tresnak Roofing in the future, nor recommending it to anyone.

  Tresnak Construction Inc. installed our roof in 2013. They came out once to do a repair, at my request. No issues. I called regarding a possible roof leak. They did not want to respond to this, but they did. There was no issue with the roof. I reached out to them to make another repair, which has nothing to do with their installation. They finally responded, after three requests, and informed us we are not in their service area. I was in their service area before, once for install, once for a repair, and once for a possible leak. I asked them if this was for repairs only and are they still able to respond to any warranty issues. They refuse to respond to my emails. Careful where you live. They will do an install, apparently out of their area, then use it as an excuse not to live up to their warranty obligations.

  Worst company ever! It is amazing that where I have parts of my houses hanging down from their team not finishing the job, a gutter that looks like a sine wave and flashing that is dented or way oversized. Not to mention the trash in the yard they left. And when I called them to come out, they asked, "what seem to be the problem..." as they look at the horrible work they did. Interesting how my neighbors could all see the poor quality and damage, and yet, they refuse to resolve and threaten a lien on my house!! Chris Diroll is utterly incompetent and no sense of quality or customer service. He is a complete joke of a person!

  Tresnak took a relatively long time to get back to us after initially calling, they then asked for a photo to evaluate if they could do the job, and days later gave no reason for not being able to take it on. Assuming the job wasn't big enough. Tell us that to begin with. Now we have to start the process over again, finding a company to repair our fascia/soffit. Won't reach out again, and will advise others not to as well. Update (26 April 2021): We received an email from you on 20 April asking for pictures. The next email (23 April) you stated that you couldn't take on the job. There was no justification, estimate, or additional information, etc.

  Exactly two weeks of trying to contact them and only one reply. I guess they must be so busy the don't care for new business. Or maybe that's how they operate. I'd hate to have the roof installed by them run, into issues and not being able to get in touch. Definitely a red flag. They lost my business and more.

  This customer messaged us on a different platform than our normal channels. We're all doing more with less and at a record demand for estimates than any of our prior 37 years. We only have one estimator. We found the issue that caused these messages to be missed and sent the customer a quote. Sorry we couldn't meet expectations on getting your initial estimate to you promptly.

  Tresnak made the roof replacement process smooth and simple. They finished quickly and cleaned up very well afterward. I don’t foresee needing roof work anytime soon, but if I do I’ll be reaching back out to them for any future projects.

  Got our roof and gutters replaced and very happy with our experience. The initial online quote was close to final quote, and price was very fair and in line with the market. They were prompt with the inspection and actually went up on the roof to make sure there'd be no surprises. Crew did a great job and left no trash behind. Our neighbors were also very happy with the cleanup since they had to use their driveway. Overall a great local company to work with and highly recommend!
