Used Triton through my insurance company June of 2024. Outside of what insurance has covered, we paid extra to install upgraded flooring. After removing the old flooring, it was found that there was concrete base throughout the home, except for the living room, which had tiling that created an uneven lip. Unfortunately, I was stuck in a bedroom majority of the project with an animal, so I was unable to see how work progressed. I worry that when we replace this flooring, we will find that no attempts were made to create a level base before laying the new flooring. After some months, one of the panels of flooring began to crack and give way from normal foot traffic. Since we were within the year of the original job, a worker came out and fixed it. He was surprised that there was nothing leveling the floor out underneath. Now, 2 years later, I am noticing that the flooring is giving way, even in areas that have zero foot traffic. It's so disappointing because it is costly, with or without insurance's assistance, to redo flooring and baseboards within majority of the home. For only just over 2 years, I would have hoped for some more longevity.

Insurance gave the information for triton for an emergency/temporary fix and to handle all repairs for our collapsed ceiling over the weekend. I call them several times the day it happened, left messages and no call back over the weekend. I had to call a local company to help. Told my insurance co Monday about the situation and they were still persistent on me calling this company because they are preferred for repairs. When I called and finally reached someone and explained the situation and where we are located I was told that they prefer not to service the area I'm in but could possibly reach out and find a local company to come look. Why are they on any insurances preferred list if they only are a subcontractor for other companies and only service as far as Jacksonville for the state of Florida?

We used this company because they were referred by our insurance company. Mike came out to complete an inspection last month and said he would be contacting us within seven business days regarding the estimate for hurricane damages. Our insurance company never received the report or estimate, and I've made four un-returned calls to both Mike and the listed office phone number. We even expressed to Mike during the inspection that we've had a few contractors not show up or follow through prior to his visit, and he assured us this would not be the case with Triton. I'm seeing numerous similar reviews. Completely unprofessional.

If you decide to use Triton roofing that is up to you. I can only tell you my experience (which was less than stellar). This is quite long but you need details for context. Our salesman, we’ll just use his initials KH, gave us a lengthy sales pitch & quote. My wife mentioned that we had a roof replaced on another house not long ago and the contractor overestimated the shingles and charged us for them but then took the shingles when the job was complete KH assured us, we would be “credited” for any extra shingles. We were able to negotiate the price a bit since we had a few previous quotes and felt comfortable with the price and product so signed the contract. I will say that KH did mention that the first two sheets of plywood would be included but anything above that would be at a charge. That is the only additional charges that were discussed. The installation was uneventful and I was able to observe the entire thing since it was done in one day. There were a few minor issues with the ridge vent, a torn shingle, and such but they were able to come back quickly and fix it. So, the roof itself isn’t my issue, it’s the way that they try to add additional costs. I got a call from KH and he said they used 5 sheets of plywood and I would need to pay for the additional 3 sheets. I told him I watched the entire installation and there is no way they used 5. He went on to tell me he had receipts and photos to prove it and sent me a photo of my roof that shows a different colored sheet of plywood on the front that he claimed was new. I was taking pictures myself during the installation and was able to show him where that odd colored piece of plywood was already there when they were tearing off my old roof. Eventually I was able to talk to the crew that was on site and verified that I actually only used a total of 3 sheets not 5. KH never did show me the receipt he said he had. Now it’s time to pay the balance of the contract and KH informs me that we owe for “double felt” rem

There is nothing professional about this company. They will talk a good talk at first but all their work is subcontracted with no supervision. If you are thinking about using Triton, I would recommend you visiting a couple properties and speaking with the president of those associations to see how they did. Make sure they are recent within the last year. Also, make sure you meet with the association and its members before choosing Triton, not just a call. Triton can provide you a lot of names but they are not credible contacts. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with….. Do your research!

The only reason I did not give this company 1 star is because of the sales person I dealt with. As far as the quality and the responsiveness from the office, it is not a company I would recommend. When they left, there was nails all over my property as well as pieces of shingles. They had to come out three times to repair the work THEY did. When I called the office managers continually ignored my calls and passed the buck to someone else. The gutter was not reinstalled properly, after several calls they finally decided to replace it, with a below average company of course. I found nails and pieces of shingle in the attic. After calling, the manager could not be bothered to call me back, asI was told would happen. Instead Ryan told the receptionist what he assumed was the case, for me to get the answer from her. That is unacceptable. He is the manager, HE should be handling escalated issues.

I had high expectations considering they were referred from the insurance company. The contractor Mike never called me back after the initial inspection. Also, never gave me an estimate for the damages to the house. Not sure what was the point in having him come out.

A shock to find out I couldn’t get insurance after my brother past away because the roof was to old even though my brother’s insurance never questioned him. Triton and especially Ann Thompson were my salvation! They felt there was wind damage and USAA should approve a claim. Denied! Tristan, Ann T suggest an appeal and the pictures they took got it approved! But delayed and miss communication almost brought me to the Insane-asylum! Finally I have a beautiful roof, new sky lites and very satisfied with the expert job and professionalism of Tristan Roofing. If you need a roof call Ann Thompson and she’ll make it happen!

Triton was the company my insurance company had me use as a preferred contractor. I am so pleased with the work. Greg and his team worked through various problems that come up when fixing older homes easily and efficiently. All the workers that came out to the property were friendly. The care they took to ensure my living area was clean and protected was incredible!! I would give them 10 stars if possible!

I hired Triton for a roof instillation and everything went even better than expected. Great communication, fast and efficient workers, and they do an amazing job. It was such a smooth process with getting my roof re-done that I hired them to install and paint my new front door as well.

Chip and Trish from Triton came out in 2023 to my home to fix major leaks in my roof and damage inside my home from it. They made me feel like family. They took so many pictures of my roof from start to finish it actually drove me crazy. However, those pictures saved us in the long run with the fight that came with our solar company. That fight just ended because of the awesome job provided by Triton and Chip and Trish. If I ever need anything with my roof and restoration, I'll be calling them again.

Hiring Triton Restoration was the best decision I made for my hurricane flood restoration. The entire house was gutted and flood cut and needed a full restoration. I can’t say enough good things about Greg and his team. Greg’s communication and attention to detail were superior. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the restoration and was always quick to remedy any situation. He quickly gained my trust and never let me down. The General Contractor, Jose, and his crew were the hardest working I have ever seen. They were professional, respectful and timely every single day. I was impressed by the skills and efficiency in each task they completed. Always open and willing to help with any and all obstacles I threw at them. They kept the house clean and the yard was always clear of debris. In a time of such uncertainty, I am grateful to Triton and Greg for taking this restoration to the finish line with such ease.

I had the opportunity to work with Ann Thompson at Triton when my roof was damaged caused by hurricane late last year. I was struck by her knowledge, honesty, and professionalism in assisting me to navigate through insurance claim, selecting materials and install a beautiful new roof. The work craftsmanship and professionalism at Triton are truly phenomenal. Thank you so much for a job well done!
