  I have a sign right above my doorbell that says, "No soliciting, sales, politics, fundraising, religion." A representative from this company walked up to the door, saw the sign, read it, and rang the doorbell anyway. This is very rude. I didn't answer the door but they left a door tag advertisement. People from this company need to respect people's privacy, if they had then they wouldn't have received this review.

  Do your research before signing paperwork. They do not give estimates. They tell you they will do the work for "insurance proceeds". Meaning they will take more than their actual cost of repairing/replacing your roof. Whatever your insurance gives you, they take all of it. Also, had them do a temporary repair for a spot that was leaking. They literally nailed 2 tarps to my roof and then charged me just shy of $1000 which included an "emergency call out" fee just because they used tarps, even though it was a scheduled repair and not an emergency. Always get a quote! And if the company won't give you one, I'd advise finding someone else. *Update* This is in response to 1 Roofs response below. I think you better be very carefulof who you are accusing of insurance fraud and being a liar, less you want to be entered into a lible lawsuit. Yes the money did come from insurance but I only got a finite amount and still have other repairs such as the ceiling and flooring to deal with so paying you that much for two tarps is ridiculous when I still have other repairs to complete. And no, you did not replace my roof, nor would you ever. And the reason you would never is because when the gentleman from your company was sitting at my kitchen table in my house, I asked him for an estimate on the roof replacement and he said that your company does not give them, they just take the insurance proceeds, which of course was a major red flag for me and that's why I told you to forget about the roof replacement, which is why you were originally sent there and I told you just to do the repair. Which I obviously regret now. Why would anybody want to hire a company that doesn't tell you what they're going to charge you.

  We understand the insurance process can be confusing. The pricing for tarping and other "emergency" services is set by your insurance carrier and the standardized pricing database that is an insurance industry standard. The term "emergency tarping" designates a service with high priority that needs to be performed to stop further damages from occurring to the property. The funds for this service came from your insurance carrier not out of your pocket as your comments would lead people to believe. You tried to negotiate a lower price to pay us which would have meant you were profiting from insurance claim, that is insurance fraud. You were provided written statements from your insurance carrier stating the same and we are happy you finally paid your bill. Lastly it is important to point out that 1 Roof did not replace Mr. McCoy's roof nor were we asked to provide an estimate for replacement. We work with all insurance carriers and operate using the same software for estimating so we can offer a streamlined process for all parties involved.

  A neighbor had the roof on their recently built 6-year-old home replaced due to defective shingles. I was impressed with the job they were doing, and I asked the owner of 1 Roof if someone could look at our roof to ensure we didn't have defective shingles as well. Aric Ryan (VP of 1 Roof) came to our home that same day and did a complete inspection of our roof despite the horrible heat. He gave us a big "thumbs up" on the condition of our roof and we were very relieved to hear that. What was amazing, and totally unexpected, was that he said there would be no charge for his time. Now that's service! When it comes time to have our roof replaced, we know exactly who we're giving the job to: 1 Roof!

  Compared several different roofing companies and found 1 Roof to the best value and quality. Aric was very professional and addressed all my concerns and questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend 1 Roof. They did a beautiful job and left the property spotless.

  Aric was amazing and completely honest and up front. I thought I needed repairs and possibly a new roof, but after his inspection, he said I didn’t need anything and that the roof was good for several more years. Never once did he try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. He even offered solutions for some small things that I could do myself. I would recommend him highly to anybody.
