  All they care about is the big sale. We had our roof replaced by them roughly 7 years ago. Because we didn't want to risk potentially invalidating their warranty, we called to have them address a leak in our living room. We called several times, which went to voicemail. No call back. They didn't respond until we did a negative google review on them. And when they responded, they asked us to change our review in exchange for finally responding. The inspector came out and told us what needed to be done, and would write up estimates. These are small issues, not very much work was needed. That was a month ago. We haven't heard back, ever. We called and left messages again. Nothing. We made another Google review. Nothing. They don't care about servicing their existing customers. So I do not recommend being one of their existing customers. They will ignore you when it matters.

  Red flags galore. Shame on me. I called Stonebridge out to look at a leak on the flat portion of my roof over a month ago. They sent Ray out to look at my roof. Ray made a suggestion that we put a silicone sealant over the entirety of the flat roof and that that would take care of my issue for 30 years. He said he would give me a quote within a couple days for just the silicone and also for replacement of the rest of my roof. For the next 3 weeks, I kept getting the runaround on when I would get my quote. "I'll send it to you by the end of the day" was told to me at least 4 times before I told him to go to hell and said I was going to leave him a bad review for wasting my time. Suddenly, a quote showed up within a couple hours. I gave him another chance and said I was ready to proceed with just the silicone portion and to send me the contract. Again, no follow through for over 2 weeks. Yesterday, I called him and I was told that actually they weren't interested in the job after all. Typical Jacksonville trade company. We'll waste your time, show up and quote you on a job just to pull out when it's time to actually do the work. I just don't get it.

  Great workmanship, great value, very professional, and great company. My roof was done in 2 days, and it looks great. This is the second roof I've had Stonebridge construct on my investment properties. They are the best! FOLLOW-UP REVIEW: In August 2023, I used Stonebridge to install a roof on my most recent investment property. This was my third time using them. Unfortunately, it seems that the company has changed. There was no follow-up communication from my salesperson, Michael Howard. I attempted to contact him many times about important matters concerning the roof with no reply. Then, when it was time to pay, he did contact me to tell me his quoted price had gone up by $420. I felt slighted once again because initially, I had received a quote from another company that was $500. less than his, but went with Stonebridge because of the past two successful projects. On my previous two roofs, everything was great, but now it seems profits have been put over customer satisfaction.

  Stonebridge reroofed our house. They installed a beautiful roof, but more importantly, did a thorough and superior job. They were very prompt in arriving and left our yard, patio, and gardens just like they found them before they arrived. The cleanup work was done very well, and thoroughly. I would heartily recommend Stonebridge to anyone needing a roof replacement or repair.
