  I was looking for guidance on whether to repair or fully replace my aging roof. Instead of giving a clear recommendation, they gave vague answers and pushed for the most expensive option. I didn’t feel like they had my best interests in mind

  They were quick to take the payment, but slow to respond afterward. Any concerns I raised were either ignored or delayed, which was very frustrating

  From the initial quote to the final cleanup, their communication was excellent. Preston walked me through all my options without any pressure. They offered a very fair price, better than the other 3 quotes by a long shot! The installation crew was incredibly polite and skilled. It's rare to find this level of customer service these days. If you’re looking, you will definitely want to call them!

  Preston was awesome! Had his guys come out for a roof inspection, and they were great! They gave me an upfront honest opinion on the state of my roof. Luckily it’s in great condition! Would recommend these guys to anyone!

  Preston and his team quickly took care of our roof after we had an issue with our home insurance. He squeezed us in quickly and was very professional throughout the process. Didn’t leave 1 piece of trash behind which I also appreciated. Good guys for sure.

  Tripoint Roofing absolutely nailed it, literally. They replaced our roof quickly, professionally, and without turning our yard into a disaster zone. The crew was friendly, efficient, and now our roof looks so good even the rain seems impressed. Will be recommending to all our friends!

  Great experience with TriPoint Roofing! My roof had issues, TriPoint had answers. The repair was quick, professional, and done right the first time—no duct tape required.
