A pleasure to do business with from start to finish. Charles was very responsive, provided great info and documentation and made sure we were completely satisfied before we paid a penny. I would definitely use Jonesall Roofing again if we ever need another roof.

Replacing a 20 year old roof outside of an insurance claim is a big expense and a stressful process. Charles at Jonesall came highly recommended from friends and neighbors, so after getting quotes from the usual name brand companies, I reached out to Charles. He's quoted a fair price without trying to upsell me on extra warranties, and uses superior roofing materials in my opinion. He's local, has ties to the community, and when I asked around, everyone spoke not only about his quality workmanship but also his character and integrity. Work started during the hottest week this summer. He advised that it may take several days to finish so that his crew could take plenty of breaks in the heat. He was often on site during the process. His crew did an excellent job of keeping things cleaned up and protecting my landscape and AC units. If you need a roof, call Jonesall. 10/10 - highly recommend!

JonesAll did an excellent job replacing our roof. All done in one day. The owner Charles is a pleasure to deal with, he accommodated our tight deadlines due to pending sale and the new roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend JonesAll for all your roofing needs.

My new roof looks amazing. The total cost had no hidden fees, everything was explained to me in detail when I asked for an estimate for services. The cost of my new roof was what was quoted and agreed in my contract. The crew placed the roof in one day and left no debris behind. Would highly recommend .

I had a full roof replacement in May 2026. Charles was great from day 1 (helping with warranty claim) through job completion. His team did a great job with the roof itself and with the cleanup. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

My husband and I had done our due diligence and knew exactly what type of roofing brand we wanted for our home and detached garage. We also had specific requests for other materials used in the process. In addition, we needed chimney repair on decades of mortar degradation as well as adding “top of the line” Velux skylights to our vaulted ceilings in the living room. Charles not only offered us a fair price on the upgraded impact 4 rated roofing but also took care of the chimney and skylights as well. Other companies we received estimates from provided roofing services but were unable to coordinate the additional needs. Charles is also a contractor which separated him from the rest for us so he was able to handle it all! That’s what we wanted!! We also very much appreciated him being “on the job” as work was being executed and completed. Charles was accessible and returned calls in a timely manner. His crew was excellent, very skilled, careful around inside areas, maintained a conscientious clean up as they worked, were courteous, respectful of property and FAST! It was amazing what they did in no time. We are happily satisfied and highly recommend Jonesall Inc. for your next project!!

We.needed to replace our roof before selling our house. Jonesall was recommended by neighbors so we reached out. They were.one of 2 bids we got. They beat the second quote by $14,000. The service and work was very good without attempts to add on. The work was timely with good clear communication. Could not recommend more highly.
