I can not recommend this company to anyone. We purchased a 32x14 building from Black’s. The day after delivery the roof of the building was leaking in multiple locations. We are having to switch out buckets multiple times throughout the day when it rains because the leaks are so bad. Therefore making the shed useless at this time. We spoke with Mathew Black and we were told that someone would be out that week to fix it. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and we can not get a response via phone or text from this company. Do not trust this company with your money. They do not follow through with their word.

Called 2 times once a week to price a pole barn never called me back. I call the 3rd time and I get the girl again and she said they are just to busy ...... wow I mean a 30x40 building and y'all don't have time over 2 weeks. Watson's in Tullahoma has just as good prices and fast on fetting what you need.

I would not buy a doghouse from this company. Stopped by to take measurements for a roll up door and never came back. Waited six weeks until we moved to a reliable company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

You've reviewed the wrong business Harvey. We don't take measurements for doors, or install them.

Good convenient place to buy metal. They have what you need, with a super quick turnaround. Best prices on metal that I have found. Buy a few pieces or buy a lot. This is the place to go. They also have a variety of storage solutions right on site.

Anytime I’ve needed to get metal roofing for a project Blacks is my go to! A 24hr turn around for my orders with knowledgeable secretaries, who are always so helpful and friendly with all my questions. If you’re in Lebanon and need quality metal roofing or trim for a job this is the place to go! Not to mention the best bang for your buck on screws.

I have used Black’s Metals many times as I keep adding on to my existing shop. Each time has gone smooth at every stage from recommending contractors to delivering all materials on time at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Black's Metal always takes care of us fast and easily. Very friendly and willing to work with you. They may be busy at times but make sure your needs are met to the best of their abilities! We have now used them for our house roof and barn. Any further projects in the future will go through them.

I had these guys come out and install a lean-to on my barn. Not only was they early for the install day but also was very professional and clean with the work space. If your looking for a professional install and great price then call Blacks metals today!!

This is the second building I have been involved in the purchase from Black Builders. Both had custom additions to them. They were both built exactly as ordered and delivered before the promised date. Always treated professionally and courteously. Out of a score of 1 to 10 these people are a 11.

Terrible customer service. Took us several calls and even going by the office to try to get a call back to place our order. They cut our metal 10 inches short of our requested order and spoke ill of us to the man who was picking up our order. Very disappointed!!
