  Their drivers are incompetent enough to drive 5-10 under the entire way to Hartsville, so I doubt they'll be much more competent on my roof.

  I’m submitting a one star review for lack of a lower rating. There contractors left chemicals, materials and hardware on my job site. One of the chemicals they left behind (5 gallon container of membrane adhesive) has spilled onto our roof and cured to the membrane. I would not recommend using Rackley Roofing.

  In May 2021 Rackley Roofing came to replace all the screws on my metal roof and replace the gutters I’ve had Rackley back to look at several leaks that was caused by what I was told missed screws I was told it was a total Mess on my roof that a supervisor would be out to take a look that happened and someone would be contacting me ! I’ve tried several time to get someone to call me back I never give bad reviews but this is a shame that they will Not even take the time to give a customer a call back !! My roof Is still leaking

  Extremely unprofessional. Will definitely not do business with them EVER!!! And if you’re smart you will go get quotes from another company before choosing this one.

  Beware they want to charge $250 just to do an estimate. I can only imagine what they would charge to do the actual roofing job.

  Rackley does semiannual inspections and roof maintenance for us and has done so for several years. Their goal aligns with ours, which is to maintain our roof in good condition for as long as possible. The roofers that come out are always courteous and efficient, keeping us informed with photos as they make repairs. David Pariss is our Rackley representative, and is not only knowledgeable but a great communicator.

  Rackley has done an amazing job for us. They were on site immediately when we needed them and were able to resolve an issue that was difficult to find. We cannot recommend them enough!

  I would like to express my high praise for Rackley Roofing, particularly Aaron and his crew. They were a pleasure to work with, just like all of your teams in the past. They were courteous and professional, ensuring that we were taken care of quickly. We have been doing business with Rackley for over four years. Before Rackley took over the maintenance of our church roof, we constantly faced leaks. Since we committed to Rackley, we have only had two leaks, one of which was caused by an HVAC unit. They perform superior repairs and go above and beyond what most other roofing companies do to ensure that your building is maintained properly.
