  Very disappointed, Had Tri-State Roofing do our roof in 2014 and have had problems ever since and now to find out today. No flashing was used around the areas that need flashing and we paid for flashing, and two sheets of plywood need replaced now. They did not do the job they said they were going to do. I should have questioned this company and ask them to leave my property, when two guy show up to start the roof and the next day only one guy showed up. After having to pay many roof repair in the last six years because of their poor craftsmanship. I would stay away from this company.

  Hello Matt. We are very sorry you feel like this but this was a lot longer than 3 years ago and that was a storm we worked out of town and we had a different crew that we hired over there for 3 weeks when we did your job and we are very sorry that happened but we realized this very quickly and got the situation taken care of immediately. We don't run our company this way at all and never wanted to it was just a mistake with a crew that we had for a very short time. I ended up doing 70 jobs there with 2 different other crews and one crew I still have to this day. Like I said we are very sorry this happened to you. Tyler

  After 3 weeks now and two phone calls to this company, I am STILL waiting on getting just the estimate for a roofing project!! This is the second time I've tried to give Tri State Roofing a chance in the last year and both times this has happened! Unbelievable!

  Hello Shari, I'm not for sure if this was us or not but we don't not take new business usually. If we where to busy we would call you back and let you know another company or schedule something but it might take us a week or two to get there but we hardly ever turn down business since we started in 2012.   Stay away from these guys , horrible craftsman ship and nothing but excuses when you complain. Charged for removing old felt and replacing with new but didn’t do the work same with drip edge. The new gutters they installed are pitched up …

  Called Ryan to get an estimate on roof repair, and he said would come over to look at it and never showed up. Called him two more times and each time he said he was coming but never came over and I waited 4 weeks. Now he will not return my call after leaving him message. Understand a business gets busy, all Ryan had to do is say sorry just to busy right now or just say no not interested in that job but got no updates, Ryan did not come over like he said he was going too like three times. Makes me very unsure if he would even show up to work on my roof after giving him the money. Sorry but this roofing company is not very truthful and would look elsewhere. A good company doesn’t have to advertise, if that tells you anything.

  Yes who this concerns. I don't know what your talking about but we usually always follow up our customer calls even if we are to busy.   I had my old roof torn off and a new roof put on, only took 2 days and was very happy with the job. Josh and the workers did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone.
