Very unprofessional. J&M Roofing is way more professional.

He fail to tell my family that he has a Mexican crew until the day before they showed up and Done took the deposit. They removed four skylights off the house and when they put them back on, they ran the screws completely in and runt the skylights. Ryan refused to replace the skylights costing over $1300 damage to the homeowner. I would not recommend him to do your roof if you have skylight, or any kind of flashing . He won’t pick up the phone and he edits I his post I called again and still don’t pick up . He running from coming out of Iowa I believe.

AJ we do not have record of ever having communication with you. Your family relative which we assume is Joe Dunn filed suit against us to resolve this matter. The courts ruled in our favor that we did not cause any damage and do not owe for any damage. As a result we consider this matter behind us. We typically do not discuss the race of our employees which are of several national origins and do not find race of our employees relevant to any argument. The pictures posted reveal no damage to skylights as the courts decided. We worked very hard, like we do every roof to make sure all aspects of this roof was installed per manufacturer instructions. If you would like to discuss further you can reach us at our office phone call or text 217-779-7663.

Met with Ryan from Right Rate today (Aug 2026) for a roof inspection and repair estimate. The repair estimate cost came in at an acceptable and expected range, but I believe it’s the service, attention to detail, and actions take by Ryan …

Ryan Melton from Right Rate Roofing answered my call from Ohio. I had several roofers in my area come to my home regarding re-roofing and ventilation. All of them seem fixated on selling me on their particular ventilation system with no other options. I have a hip roof and it doesn't have enough footage for a ridge vent , yet several roofer mislead me into thinking this was the solution to my ventilation needs. I saw one of Ryan Melton's YouTube videos on ventilation of a hip roof and found it refreshing that he addressed multiple options for a hip roof. With the use of my home measurements, especially the attic space , Ryan came up with a ventilation system that met the needs of my personal home. Ryan took the time to send photos of the products to be used and placed on a diagram of my home. He talked me through the whole process. The amount of detail and explanation Ryan gave me made me knowledgeable and confident about the ventilation of my home. I'm very thankful to Ryan for returning my Call and having the willingness to work with someone from out of state. I only wish that Right Rate Roofing was located in Ohio, so that they could install my roof. Thanks so much!!!! Tisha J.

I had a overall pleasant experience with this company. I had them put a new roof on my house and work on the gutters. The quote that Dalton provided was very thorough and he answered all questions I had in full detail. The day the roof was installed Carter continuously kept me updated with photos and information on everything they were doing and why. I appreciated that very much I learned a lot from Carter and Dalton on things that I had no idea about. I am glad I chose this company they were courteous and professional. I highly recommend!

Had some roof repairs done from storm and hail damage and some previous shortcuts fixed. Large crew finished in 1 day and matched shingles well. Whole process was explained well. Priced reasonably for amount of work done and issues fixed.
