  The manager Russell was so disrespectful to me and he was so rude don't go through them they are not good !!!!!!!!!!

  I hired JBD Siding and Windows in Macomb, IL to replace my front windows and install a sliding patio door that was supposed to be handicap accessible. Unfortunately, the door they installed is a standard sliding door, not suitable for wheelchair use as promised. There's no threshold ramp, and while a wheelchair barely fits through, it's extremely difficult to maneuver and not what I was told I'd be getting. Not only was the installation overpriced, but the company has been completely unresponsive. I’ve contacted them multiple times to discuss a resolution, and they’ve either ignored my calls or never called back. It’s very frustrating to spend this kind of money and be left with a product that doesn’t meet the agreed-upon needs — especially when accessibility was clearly communicated from the beginning. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you're relying on them for accessibility modifications or post-installation support. Very disappointing experience.

  Horrible experience with them from day 1. They sent an inexperienced contract team to our home for siding and windows in 2018. We are still finding issues with the siding and windows. Communication with them is impossible. My husband and I have been calling both locations regarding broken windows and our calls are not being answered. Do not do business with this company!

  Took 3 months to get a replacement window they did not order the trim to lock the window in was ordered many weeks ago still waiting on it. They hardly answer the Macomb number.

  Russel said he would not fine us $7000 for cancelling windows over the phone. Then he showed up wanted $7000 to not fine us $7000. This was after we gave him $20,000 for a roof and before any windows were ordered. This guy is 3rd party and just calls people to do work. You will pay 100% more for the job.

  We canceled in the 3 day allowance and they have not given our money back in the 10 day period it states in the contract. It was high pressure sales. Didn't care for that.

  My mother in law ordered windows in July and still no windows installed.. just excuses of why they don't have them.. then they say they have the thrm but can't put them in yrt..then claim they don't have the them yet... terrible run around. is this place a scam???

  Had JB&D replace 8 of our old windows! They did a great job. They were easy to work with gave an easy quote process were constantly good with communication and feedback and help us find the right fit for our budget. When the installation came they were professional. They were kind and fast and very locked in. The process took one whole day and our windows look beautiful, and are much easier to use than our old windows were. Highly recommend Cameron he was awesome to work with true gentleman and his team excels. Will definitely be using them in the future for any roofing or siding needs that may arise!

  JB&D has stood by their lifetime guarantee for over 25 years. They sent a technician to repair windows and everything still looks and moves great. I will always recommend them and their team!

  This is a great company to call if you need siding, or windows these are the folks to call. When they are done everything is cleaned up & looks great. They also do a great job putting in a bay window too!

  We met with Cameron who helped us with colors and ideas for our house. We ended up replacing 7 windows which made a big difference for us. The crew was friendly and skilled and really went the extra mile. We cannot recommend JB&D enough!
