  Called Full Service Roofing and Kevin came out for a quick quote. Told me I did have hail damage & would help me with my claim, and also a possibility of a class action suit with my shingles. Kept Kevin informed of the progress. Was denied my insurance claim and was told that the rep from Full Service agreed with the adjuster that there was no hail damage! Told Kevin Phillips of the outcome from my insurance company and the adjuster. Called and emailed Full Service Roofing to find out where to go from here, only to have the ignore switch thrown on us. Still needed a roof and found someone to do it $4000 cheaper than Full Service Roofing. Oh yeah, and my insurance company did settle up with us. Full Service Roofing wasn't full service this time. Really disappointing. Guess if it's not an easy claim, it doesn't equal easy money.

  Addendum July 2026 Full Service Roofing recently had the opportunity to provide repeat service excellence for us. Our roofing job completed on 2023 was subject to a manufacturing defect that slowly began occurring in the fall of 2025. The defect was simply that the shingles began fading with obvious loss of color in patches on all sides of the roof. We contacted John who scheduled an appointment to come out to see the roof. Soon thereafter another gentleman came out to fly a drone over our roof for photos to send to the manufacturer. Indeed it was a manufacturing defect and John worked with the vendor to replace the whole roof and totally under warranty. When the replacement materials were available we were scheduled to have our roof replaced. We experienced the same great service and skilled crews as before in 2023. Stephen supervised the project and was on site nearly daily as he rounded on other jobs running along with ours. He kept us apprised of the progress of the roof replacement, asked us frequently throughout the job if we had questions or concerns, provided help and materials to the roofing crew so no one was being delayed, and much more. Again we experienced excellent customer service, a beautiful roof, and zero cleanup at anytime during the installation. All it took to correct the fading shingles problem on our part was to make one phone call to John and then he, Stephen, and the roofing crew handled the rest. This has been a perfect example of Full Service Roofing’s commitment to continued customer care, pride in their work, and working through the process with the manufacturer/vendor to make all things right for us. March 2023…The variety of roofing vendors and their roofing products to choose from was superb. Kevin came out with the choices to choose from and went up onto our roof to show what each style would look like. After placing our order it was several months before the roofing materials arrived due to COVID-induced factory slow down

  Over time we had gutters that had come loose in areas that were not easily accessible on our two story home. Full Service Roofing came out and gave us a very fair bid. Returned & did the work on time and on budget. The water problem was quickly corrected. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Very professional & easy to work with.

  We had a roof leak and JT Gray came and patched it up for free! He was quick and efficient, checked the whole roof for any more damage! We absolutely will be using them again for any of our roofing needs! Highly recommend!

  Full Service Roofing was a great choice for our commercial building. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs including making multiple trips between their location and ours which is about 45 minutes. Full Service Roofing took the extra time to work with Keck Heating and AC to coordinate our needs with the removal of old equipment on our roof. With their expertise the end result allowed for a much cleaner look which in turn will add life to our facility. The beginning starting with the bid through the completion of the install was as professional as anyone could ever expect. Prompt, courteous, and efficient, as well as competitive pricing would sum things up. I'm sure we won't need them for another 30 years plus but if you're in the market for a new roof this is a great group to start with. if you would like to see their work stop the Monroe City Senior Nutrition Center located in Monroe City, MO.   My wife and I are very happy with Full Service Roofing. It was a very big undertaking, as our second story was transformed from a half story with limited room to a lot of room. Credit to JT who recommended a shed dormer across the entire back of the house. They also constructed a smaller shed dormer on the front which opened up the living space.Grateful for JT's input on the project, and we are happy with John and Clifford for making sure everything was right, and Antonio and his crew were great. Even with the scope of the project, they didn't interfere with our daily activities.

  I contacted Full Service for a roofing repair on an investment property. They were very thorough with what the repair would take to make it worry free again. They did the work in a timely manner and the pricing was very fair. I would recommend them to my family and friends!

  Removed all layers of old shingles and installed my new metal roof. The crew was extremely polite and courteous and done the job pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys for roofing needs. Not many contractors in area that could do steel in Burlington iowa area.
