Caleb was awesome. He responded quickly and provided a solution with a positive attitude. They repaired the issue and made corrections to issues created by the previous metal roof installer. Highly recommend TriState!

Caleb, Keaton, and their crew were top notch from start to finish. Very professional. They communicated with us and kept us informed throughout the process. This is the second job they did for us and we would absolutely have them do work in the future.

The roofers were very polite and cleaned up well after the work. They completed the job in one day. The crew chief, Keaton, came back to check the work and personally cleaned our drive way. We highly recommend.

We are so pleased with our new shingled roof. The crew was professional, kind and knowledgeable. Always on time and was very careful with our property. We would highly recommend them. John, the project manager ran a tight ship. Impressive actually how the time table fell in to place.

Paul & his team were great! They did our roof in 2022. Paul took the time to answer any questions I had and was patient in the process. Him and his crew finished the job all in one day (morning to night). My neighbors were impressed with their hard work, that they had also decided to use them. Roof looks very good. Over the last winter, we had a snow removal company take snow off our roof and damaged some shingles. At no charge, Paul came to take a look and replaced the shingles. Nice and professional crew, and you won’t find better in Erie.
