  Hello Amy, We appreciate you taking the time out of your busy schedule to share your concerns. We would like to clarify what happened so there are no misunderstandings. You are correct that we rescheduled your appointment for Friday, June 12, because our estimator was unable to make the original appointment, and you did confirm the new date with him. He arrived at your property, but no one answered the door when he knocked. He was able to reach someone by phone to get more information about the work you wanted completed, and he also took photos of the roof. If you still have any doubts that we were there, we would be happy to provide those photos. It generally takes our estimators a day or two to prepare a quote, as it is peak roofing season and we have many clients to take care of. Since your appointment was on a Friday and our estimators do not work weekends, your quote was scheduled to be completed on Monday. Unfortunately, before your quote could be finalized, you had already posted this review on Monday and decided to move forward with another company. The amount we have provided for a service call is carefully calculated to account for fuel, materials, labor, and equipment. Tell me, Carollee, how can our professional and charming service men be able to fix your siding if they don't have enough fuel to get to your location?   Customer service through the phone was fine as they setup the appointment, but the person that came take a look was hesitated to come in to the house. He stood there trying to tell me that was nothing he could do, After I spoke with him I had him take a look on the second floor and after looking around, he stated that there is nothing we can do or even offer suggestions. After speaking with two other roofing companies, they were surprise that they didn't do much to help. Their words and not mine that was stated "It sounds like they thought the job was too small or did not want to do the job". I may or may not use in the future, since I only have this one experience, but I might think twice. Update: 10/20/21 Thank you for the response, I'm not looking for a perfect company, just one that takes job request seriously.

  Called to have some siding put up. The woman on the phone was pretty dismissive and said they wouldn't come out to my house as it was too far. I live 12 miles from them which to me doesn't seem unreasonable but it is what it is.

  Someone came to give me a estimate on a Tuesday,said they would mail me the estimate and I should receive it by Friday,it is now Monday and I have not heard anything.Will be calling someone else.

  Staff was courteous, friendly and paid attention to details. Work completed quickly and neatly. Cleaned up the area after the work was completed. Used safety equipment to keep all safe. Staff answered all my questions. Would highly recommend their services!!

  Dave and Jessie did a fantastic job in spite of the conditions. They were very careful in protecting the living space and left no trace of the old insulation that was removed. I would highly recommend Leon Construction for spray foam insulation.

  Leon sided our home with James Hardie and hung new gutters … Absolutely love the siding and LOVE Leon Construction. They did an excellent job! They are just as particular as I am. Would never hesitate to recommend them. I added things to do and they did with a smile!

  We had Leon Construction quote for our roof and subsequently booked it as their price was competitive and they could get us in in a timely manner, They did the roof on the date promised and held to their quote The guys arrived on time and were polite and hard working . They sent a crew of 4 so they were able to get the entire job done in one day which was a major convenience for us to have them in and out so quickly. They even came back the next day to finish clean up in the daylight as we expressed concern about any debris being left on the ground with 4 dogs running in the yards surrounding the house , Plan on using them in the future for other projects .

  We had our attic insulated to R38 with foam. First they had to remove all the fiberglass. Snd cellulose insulation. It was over 107 degrees in the attic all 3 days they were on the job. We were amazed how they hung in there in that heat. The crew, Jesse, Dave and Austin were very easy to get along with. They worked as a team and finished our job ahead of schedule. They genuinely cared about our house and our satisfaction. If I need to use Leon Construction in the future, I will request this crew.
