Even before Sharif was chosen to do my roof repair he was very impressive when he came out to quote the job, showing me what was needed in detail and teaching me along the way. I hired Sharif to repair my roof and he was flexible, very detailed (showing and explaining why he was doing it) he did an exceptional job. Even when he found another problem outside his original quote he explained exactly what he needed to do to repair it and at a fair price. I will be calling Advanced Roofing and Construction LLC for my Roofing repairs/replacement. Great Job!!

Even though my project didn't go as we planned. This crew was professional and responsive the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, if fairview would ever allow me to do a project on my home.

We got our garage roof replaced and the door seal. Sharif was responsive, quick, quoted a fair price and completed the job within the week. He took the time to explain what he was doing and the products he uses. Great experience and great work...we will definitely use him again!

Third big project for this team and I’ll call them again for the next one. Sharif treats our home like his own. I trust his judgement completely.

We needed a repair to the front fascia on our house. They gave us a reasonable price and came out the next day and did a great job. We’ll call them for sure should we need any roofing work in the future.

Sharif and his crew (Dad and Uncle) play no games, they show up when they say they will, and they make sure you're happy when the job is done. Sharif took the time to talk to me thoroughly about the roofing work I hired him to do and he was excited to do so. You can tell he loves what he does. Sharif was the only one who could shed some light on my ventilation issues in my attic after I had countless other roofers and contractors over prior to hiring him who couldn't give me a straight answer. He replaced skylights, added a powered attic vent, and made other small repairs he recognized needed done while being on the roof. I have more roofing projects in the future I plan on getting done along with some exterior work; you best believe I'll be calling Sharif when the time comes.

So fast friendly and efficient I called them Weds they gave me the estimate Thursday came Friday and got it done, several others were not wanting to do it. They fixed the torn edge of our metal roof and fixed the broken vent pipe and added snow breakers on the both side of the roof to help with the massive snow that would come down all at once awesome job fast and efficient cleaned up after and yard was spotless after highly recommend 👍🏼😎
