Since you have denied having worked on my house, here is the picture you took and placed on your Facebook page along with a phony review that you wrote that was later removed by you after I began questioning your work. I certainly didn’t …

In late 2024, Tim had a crew of workers install Everlast siding on one side of my home and Azek corner boards on all four corners of my house. Unfortunately, the workmanship and attention to detail was extremely poor as was the GC I hired to facilitate the work. Initially, the completed work was showcased on their website, however, it was mysteriously deleted off once I expressed concern about the workmanship. Despite not being recommended on the Everlast website, gray caulk was used to fill gaps caused by contraction. See photos. Additionally, the 6in wide azek corner boards were inexplicably ripped down to 4 3/4 inch and not prepared properly to conceal the expansion/contraction gaps that would obviously occur with this or any plastic/ composite siding. Tiny nails were used instead of the recommended cortex screws, which resulted in separation of the corner boards. I had requested the 6 inch azek boards replace the existing 4 3/4 boards for a bolder/ better look. At nearly $100 per board, they were all ripped down so they could literally cut corners. All four screen sustained small tears during the process, which I had to take care of myself. With all the heavy hammering and banging, seals around the windows were broken and never resealed, and damage occurred to the inside trim around the windows. Before writing this review, I had made several attempts via email and voicemail to have Tim call me back to discuss remedies to the careless work he oversaw, but I have never received a call back. I tried calling you again today Tim. I literally have photos of your truck and scaffolding setup along with the white van/truck of your colleague. Why are you denying having worked on my house. Why aren’t you returning my call… I’m not looking for money, I am looking for you to remedy the problem. I paid you and your workers in cash. I will be contacting Mass HIC division of consumer complaints.

Look at the photos posted the damage is clearly not new. We were never notified of any leak or any issues over the past four years ceilings. Do not just cave in out of nowhere. I apologize that that happened, but we’re not in the market to do free work.

I’m giving 2 stars because some portions of the work were done well, but the majority showed poor craftsmanship. Tim and his team completed several projects here in 2024. While they arrived ready to work—despite being a few weeks …

Tim and his crews just finished up a new roof (replacing plywood), installing skylights, full siding and seamless gutters done on our home. I can’t say enough about this company. First, Tim is very responsive to calls/texts. He updated us several times a day with how the work was going along with texting us pictures. His crews are so hardworking and do a phenomenal job cleaning up at the end of the day. We are so happy how everything turned out and I highly recommend this company!!

The deck was installed 3 years ago. It's a massive improved compared to the previous wood deck. I paid for drink rails to be installed but they always have wobbled since installing. I never heard back since asking how to fix so the railed can actually support weight. Otherwise I've been happy.

CPR Roofing did a high quality job roofing & installing new gutters on our 1752 home and our barn, it's beautiful! Very easy to coordinate schedules with our other contractors, very responsive and they finished the job ahead of schedule. Protected my shrubs and perennials, even tarped items in our attic, immaculate clean up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Tim and his guys did our roof last year and this year siding and a brand new porch. They are very fast accurate and reliable. The quality of craftsmanship is unmatched. Everything from demo to finished product. They are very clean as they go also so trash and debris is picked up daily. They worked very hard and showed up every day even tho some morning were single digits. I highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with our new window installation. Tim and his crew were extremely professional and thorough for the entire process. They quoted the project for 3 days and ended up finishing in less than 2. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for windows or other larger projects.

Prior to hiring CPR roofing, I shopped around for multiple quotes. Ultimately, Tim had the best price for the material/job provided. He was accommodating and managed to fit a roof replacement in for us before end of season. Tim kept us informed throughout the day and sent progress update pictures. Job well done!

We can’t say enough about Tim and his crew. We had a new roof, siding and gutters installed. Tim overdelivers on every promise he makes, down to every minute detail. He is on site and always available for questions or concerns. If you are looking to have work done at your home, he is the man you want in charge of the project. CPR brings a level of professionalism and attention to detail that should give any potential customer peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent, everything was well organized, and the crew who came to work at our house were exceptional. A special thank you to Tim for treating our home like he would his own. Highly, highly, highly recommended.
