Tri-State handled two roofing projects for us. The first was replacing our existing roof to prepare for the installation of a solar array. The second was to install a new roof on our 40,000 sq, foot expansion. Stu and his team were …

My company, Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. hired Stu and Tri-State Commercial Roofing to perform work at the Sam's Club in Elmsford, NY. They were available and attended all project coordination meetings. Arrived and performed work as discussed. Were professional and performed their work at a high level. I would use Stu and the Tri-State Commercial Roofing Team on more of my projects. Thanks Stu, Conor, and Team. Mike Mosier - Sr. Project Manager

Tri-State Commercial Roofing is an extremely professional and reliable roofing company who I’ve had the great pleasure to work with on several projects in the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Westchester and Long Island areas. Tri-State has worked on many different systems that we’ve engineered, and they have performed meticulous work on all these projects. Their men are very communicative, professional and easy to work with. Management and ownership are hands-on and have always added value engineering to our designs. I would highly recommend Tri-State to design professionals, General Contractors and building owners!

Tri-State did a new roof at our property at Goshen Plaza. I have so many good things that I can say about them. Tri-state is a professional company with experience. From start to finish, they met our expectations. the roof is going on 6 years now and no issues. We will continue to use tri-state on our other properties.

Thank you for thinking of us Paul and thank you for the thoughtful review. Like many of our customers here in the Northeast, having a roof full of snow and ice for almost a month of steady arctic-type temperatures may have had you wondering how your roof was going to perform. You're in great company however, we've had absolutely zero calls from our past and present customers and since we completed Goshen Plaza, we've installed millions of sq. ft. more roofing, on hundreds more roofs. We will look forward to our next project together!!!

Stuart is the most responsive owner and runs the best roofing team I've ever worked with. We manage multiple large, and medium-scale commercial buildings and we have moved all our roofing business to Tri-State over the years. The prices, quality and ongoing service are far and away superior to other companies we have worked with. Call these guys first.

The Angel Nyack is an arts & event venue in a historic former church with all sorts of flat and pitched roof issues. One spot had been plaguing the church for years. Stu & his crew are total professionals - and sleuths! They figured it out (in the coldest winter we've had for years no less!) and stopped the water from coming into a critical hallway and bathroom entrance area. We can now proceed with all the other planned renovations. So that both performers and couples who are planning to get married will have a pretty spot to get ready :-)

Most commercial roof warranties require regular inspections and maintenance to stay valid — but this is often overlooked. Without proper upkeep, small issues like drainage problems or membrane wear can turn into costly repairs that may not be covered. A proactive maintenance plan helps extend roof life, reduce unexpected leaks, and ensure your warranty remains in place. If you’re unsure where your roof stands, a simple assessment can provide clarity and help you plan ahead.
